My fantasy trilogy is missing book covers and some information

I need covers applied to the following books of my fantasy trilogy:

'Arantur' by Rosemary Fryth
'The High King' by Rosemary Fryth
'Warriormage' by Rosemary Fryth

The books have been out since Dec 2011, however no covers are showing.

Also 'Warriormage' for some reason is not included in the Riothamus trilogy - the correct titling should be:

Warriormage (Riothamus Book 3)

I'd appreciate it if someone could attend to these changes. If you do a Gooodreads search for 'Rosemary Fryth' then all these titles are easily found.
