Some published books have no ISBN

The books printed by this publishing company are popular textbooks in wide use amoung professional naval officers. As an officer cadet, these were recommended to me by my Captain - and are very clear and concise. Unfortunately they have no ISBN?
"What to do?" I'd love to promote this series for it's excellent quality and low cost!

Many books are published without ISBNs. Listing them on GR is no problem, assuming they are in fact books.
