Also cheese makes cheesecake. Which is fun to make. It's also fun to eat. Speaking of cheesecake my favourite recipe for it is a chocolate spiderweb cheesecake. Which I like making.

It's filled with real, live crabs! Mwahahaha!!!!

(view spoiler)[Seriously though, I use crab apples to make it, because the texture of wild apples is smoother and somewhat butterier than regular apples. Also they are more tart so it allows a little more sugar to be added creating a sort of caramel in the pie. It is quite delicious. (hide spoiler)]

It's like a strudel. A pastry that has a jelly-like filling, and last time I had it (which admittedly was almost 4 years ago) it had maybe two tiny apple pieces swimming in an apple flavoured jelly/sugar sauce.
