Austin Butler looks wayyyyyy to young. So does Alex Pettyfer. I vote Garrett Hedlund!!!

I think Alex Pettyfer would be the perfect Finnick!!!!!!!
I think Armie Hammer should be Fennick no question! He fits the description perfectly, he is the right age, beautiful, emotionally appealing and he can actually act!!! I think he portrays a lot of emotions with his eyes, he is cocky, he is funny clearly you have seen him in Facebook, and he will get the job done. Period!! The only con that I can see is that he might be a little bit too tall he is 6'5 most of the other actors are not even 5'11. It might be annoying looking up at him all the time. If they do pick another actor please don't let it be Zack Effron, sorry!! Sorry no Fennick for him. If they absolutely have to choose go with a talented unknown. I really hope the casting team does not mess this one up!!!

I was going to say that I don't think we're going to find someone good enough to play him but I must say this guy is actually almost perfect for Finnick! He's totally hot. He just needs to dye his hair blonde.

Alex Pettyfer would be nice, and Benjamin Stone is super hot *wipe sweat*but anyone know James Gaisford? MainStayPro makes a mini series of Finnick and Annie on youtube, and James get the role of young adult Finnick, and IMO he do it well.

He's not old enough. Hollywood almost always casts older than the character. Alex Pettyfer is 22 years old and he looks younger than that anyway. They'll probably go with someone closer to thirty for Finnick. That way the age difference between Katniss, Peeta, and Finnick looks believable. Alex Pettyfer only has a year on Jennifer Lawrence, if that.

Ryan probably could too. When I look at a picture of him I can see it, but in my mind he mixes with Ryan Reynolds, which doesn't fit at all.
I could see Taylor Kitsch playing Finnick. 
He can pull off cocky and smug well, as well as still being endearing. And he's good looking.
