Leaving meat hasn't been that hard. Now I just eat it every once in awhile, and in small portions. I've never liked huge slabs of meat (like steak) that make up a meal, but to help flavor food…I can do that.

I used to love hot dogs…can't stand them now.

I like hamburgers so long as the patty is very thin and there are a lot of vegetables with it. I prefer vegetarian bean burgers, though. More flavor.
