I don't have school on Tuesday. But that's because I'm going to my great-grandmother's funeral. :| My parents insist that I skip school, even though I'd rather not celebrate the death of a family member I was close to. Plus, on a day like that, I'd rather be with friends. Savannah offered to come, but my parents said no because she's a stranger to the family. :/

Okay…how long ago did you start getting Fridays cut?

Here's the thing -- Congress was given a deadline for when to finalize the government's budget. They didn't meet it, so a whole bunch of funds have been cut. That is sequestration. Schools in some areas took a huge hit and had to cut days out of school. There's some school I heard about that had their graduation super early because they had no money for the rest of the year because of these cuts.

The fact you don't have school is fun, yes, but teachers aren't getting paid on those days, which sucks.

So I have some good news.

I compose piano solos, right? Well, I haven't finished any pieces since last June, right before I began my struggle with depression. Like, I could come up with themes and variations of those themes and I essentially had all the parts of the songs figured out, but organizing them into a completed piece never happened.

However, last night I made a monumental breakthrough by solidifying the beginning for one of my pieces. I'm really happy about that. I think things are really starting to get better.

I wouldn't want no school on Fridays. I mean, yeah, having an extra day in the weekend would be cool, but I like school and that is the only time I get to see my friends.

Evidently, it does say somewhere that the Doctor is supposed to have twelve regenerations, so he's still got another one in him as far as I can tell.

Elderberries are a really yummy kind of berry. It's not all that common (at least where I live), but you can usually find them jellied.
