i think it should be of the capitols childrens games!in mockingjay it says they wanted to do that....when they were in a meeting....juss sayin..but i think it wuld be a good idea

Maybe Katniss and Peeta's life with children, maybe throw in Snow's descendants along with some other previous characters? Make it interesting by adding in an honorary Quarter Quell?

ya, because we didn't hear much of Foxface, and we could know what Rue did before she teamed up with Katniss. And if we saw it from Peeta's view, we would know why he joined the Careers and we would also know what the Capital did to him. Prim's point of view, I think, would be sad, because she has to watch her sister in THG. And Gale would feel really mad at himself and sad because he made the bombs that killed Prim. (Or at least I think, I need to reread the books)

why would you want one of those characters? i mean dont get me wrong i love rue and foxface.. but i would either want Peeta, Gale, or Prim.... Peeta because all the choices and what happened when he got hijacked and the way that Katniss reacted to not liking him when he loved her aways.... Gale because..how can you NOT want to hear Gales perspextive..i mean...enough said.. and Prim.. I just love Prim... and I believe that Gale did make those bombs that in fact DID kill prim...even though he had no intention to do so.

yeah but that was Coins idea and even though I THINK that when they voted for it that it was more yeses than nos...but they dont do that in the end ....it says it in the epilogue that they dont have them anymore

I think it would be too much of a good thing. It ended perfectly, and it seemed there would never be any more Hunger Games, which was the purpose of the books I believe, to over-throw the Capital and the games.

I didn't think there would be any way to do a decent continuation based on how Mockingjay ended. However, I read a lot of fanfiction and there was one that completely changed my attitude on the subject.

It explores the idea of hijacking. The premise is that squad 451 was captured when Peeta was brought on because his tracker was never removed after being rescued. The ending chapters of Mockingjay are what Katniss believes to be true because she's since been hijacked.

Anyway I loved this idea and it was done really well. It's split into three parts just like the real books are (The Awakening, The Mockingjays, The Mountain.) The story is titled Inferno and it's by M. Cooper Jinks. I highly recommend.
