unable to load book with asin.

Help!! I am a member of the technologically impaired, and am trying to load my amazon books, with only asin numbers, to your library. The books are apparently not in the file, or something. What am I doing wrong? The books have been published on amazon (only as kindle ebooks) for about three weeks now.
