If your a Twilight fan like me and have been watching the Official Website of Stephanie Meyer, you can see that she has exciting news of her book "The Host".

It is in the works to become a movie!!!

What do you guys think? Should it be a movie or not?

I'm actually excited about this even though I haven't read this book yet. With this in the works I will be reading soon!

It say the release date of this movie will be in March 2013! Woohoo

I've known this was a possibility for a while. I liked the host quite a bit and think it will be a great movie if they can get the special effects right that is. lol

I loved The Host! I'm with Christie...they'll have to get the effects right. I'm kind of worried they'll have to change the movie quite a bit just to give it enough action.

Me too, Sheri. So much of this book was internal, but they usually condense a books so much we probably will still get the good stuff. lol

The book is good. The trailer doesn't really give away anything, but it is pretty creepy :)

I read The Host about two years ago. I thought it was better than The Twilight Saga by a fair margin, but Stephanie Meyer did have a habit of ending EVERY chapter on a cliffhanger, even if the cliffhanger was very weak - there was one where ominous footsteps are heard (End of chapter)...only for it to be a character who walked out of the room a page back.

all the actors look too young and they should look more madure according to the book!!!
