I think this is what will happen. At first they will try to work together. Seeing as how both of them are wearing tshirts from their camp, i think that the greeks will be led by Percy and the romans will be led by Jason. But people from opposite camps might choose the other camps leader. Like even though Hazel is roman, she might side with Percy. Their might be a neutral group as well, who knows.
