Just discovered the sword and laser book club. Should i start from the beginning of the book pile or just jump to the top?

No newbie is allowed to jump to the top. Rank and order! You are required to start from the botton and finish the pile within one week's time before you're allowed to join in. :o)Do whatever you want to do. If you'd like to read the monthly read, then go ahead. I've been independent lately and am trying to catch up on my want to read list, instead of the monthly reads in the forums I'm in. There are plenty of topics for you to join in if you don't feel like doing the monthly read. It looks like you can even start your own topic, too.
In case you haven't notice, you can see in the general group area, the book icon for the group's currently reading. You can join in the group read if you'd like.
Start with something we are reading or going to read next so you can be part of the discussion. Them go back and pick the books you want to read in between. I've found some really great books because of The Sword and Laser!
You are welcome to start wherever you'd like to, we are a very informal group. The only exception is that you are required to wear either Morning Suit or White Tie while listening to the podcast, depending on your local time.
