History: Orphan: left on the step of a different orphanage, none that had a representative from IQ in it to see if anyone special came along. When they realized her talent they brought her there.

She is a chatterbox and can NOT sit still. she always has to do something. she also has a desease that makes her not be able to sleep (forgot what its called) .she wanders the corridoors at night and if you hear strange noises like creatures or ghosts, its her.
ODD Quality: She also lists phobias in her head or out loud 'cause she thinks that if you name a phobia you won't fear it. She also has Autophobia: fear of one self. She is afraid of her own reflection and is afraid of everything she deos. She also always has to draw, it helps her think, if you open her workbook youd mostly see doodles. She always figets, she fiddles with her workbooks..anything...she just can't seem to stop..it can drive people mad! She also makes origamie... that helps her figety hands.
History: um....she blew up her school when she was 7 on perant teacher evening, killing her parents ^_^.

Personality: Heaven is very optimistic, yet indifferent. She is, of course, a person who does not favor negative things, positive is what she likes. Indifferent…yes, she doesn’t care about this or that. You can’t blame her…for being indifferent… Heaven must be kept away from boringness at almost all times. If she gets bored, she will start shaking her right arm back and forth nonstop. Sometimes, it will get other people started on doing this so it’s a bit annoying. (view spoiler)
Odd Habits:

~Bashing her head against something hard for no particular reason...except when she feels annoyed and when she feels upset.
~Her obsession of holes. Things that can be easily poked through with a pencil, pen, scissor, or any hand held things, must all of at least 20 holes. So, Heaven carries 2 pens will her at all times to make holes whenever something needs some holes. *shrug, then looks around* But that's not all. Poking small holes with pens and that stuff bores her. To make it more interesting for her, she would go back to her room and bring out her special "pen" and would smash the object with probably 100+ holes. Depending on her mood, she would jam the "pen" into that object until no one can recognize what the object originally was. Don't forget about the speed. *whispers* She's a demon with that special "pen" of hers; she becomes a blur when she's angry...
History: Let’s backtrack a bit…
Before “Heaven’s” parents died, her parents and the rest of the family have always ignored her. Whenever “Heaven” got their attention, they would not care a bit about what she had to say or show. This got her on becoming an indifferent person. Then, her parents die of an “car accident”. The real reason for “Heaven’s” parents’ death is kept from her for a reason but, not all of her family members know the truth about the death so everyone soon forgot about it.
“Heaven” was sent to a orphanage soon after the deaths of her parents. However, every month or so, “Heaven” would always run away from that orphanage and would get caught be someone who took her to a different orphanage. This kept repeating until someone from IQ caught her and brought her to the school.

History: His parents died in a fire when he was three...he and his sister(who was nine) were the only known survivors. The were sent to numerous orphanages until finally they caught the eye of IQ and were sent there. Even though he was too young, they allowed him to come for the fact that it would be inhumane to separate him from his sister.(This was when he was four and she was ten) He and his sister have been here ever since.
What makes them a Genius/Prodigy:

Personality: Shadow keep to herself so she does not bother those around her with her problems and blurry past. She fears people and what they would say about her on the inside when on the outside she appears that she does not want to deal with the human race. She fears this loneliness that has dwelled and grown inside of her will soon take over her whole being and leave nothing of her.
ODD Quality: Often caught humming when thinking/reading. Shadow also likes to stare at lightbulbs/bright light as she daydreams about what she wishes her life to be.
History: She does not remember her childhood but remembers waking up near a building that was burned to the ground. She wandered the grounds for 2 days until other people came and tried to find survivors. Being nothing but a small child she thought they were the ones that burned down the building and so she feared them. She hid in nearby bushes as they continued their search. After they had left she stayed in the bushes until a small boy had given her food for a few days. Soon the boy parents found her, took her in and found out she was a special child. They decided to send her to a special school (IQ).
She wants to be able to figure out her past one day if possible.
What makes them a Genius/Prodigy: She is extremely knowledgeable in Science and she also works hard to accomplish her goals/future goals.
Other: Never had a real friend or boyfriend (or girlfriend) of any kind.

Appearance: Brown, curly hair that's always in a braid or a ponytail and deep, chocolate-brown eyes. Her nose is small and cute and her eyes are big yet not very open guarded by bronze-framed rectangular((that's the thing that's sort of square right?)) glasses. Personality: She has a big ego and knows it. She tends to talk too much, especially when pointing out the elephant in the room, the one that everyone wants to ignore but she doesn't realize it.
ODD Qualities: In the middle of a sentence she'll faze out and stare into space, focused on something no one else can see. She also tends to daydream and go into her own reality and not notice nothing but herself.
She has a pendant around her neck she's constantly fidgeting with.
History: Her parents dies in a car crash and she was adopted by her grandparents who were a bunch of unpleasant old people who didn't care about anyone but themselves and their carriers. They sent her off to here the moment they heard she was accepted.
What makes them a Genius/Prodigy: Can calculate numbers in amazing rate. Any kind of problem you give her she can solve withing seconds- anything from riddles to math problems. Her mind processes everything faster, so it takes her time to react to everything(therefore fazing out etc.)
Other: It's hard to be her friend, but once you are you can't help but adore her for not noticing anything around her. It has kept her innocent and young even when she sees all the pain around her. She isn't hard or mean intentionally so people try to take advantage of her, which is impossible. She lets no one take control of her life.

Personality: Very bubbly and talkative once you get to know her, but very shy at first. Self concious. Very sweet and compassionate, but has a quick temper. If she gets mad, she won't show it, but will stew for days on end.
ODD Quality: Constantly fidgety and nervous, even about asking someone a simple question. Also, one minute, she may seem very confident and her voice will be loud and clear. The next, she'll seem nervous, quiet, and shy. Always biting her nails or writing something down, chewing on the end of her pencil as she is thinking. Often gets lost in thought and doesn't realize how long she's been quiet, until someone mentions it or asks if she's okay. Often, if she finds something she really likes, like a book or movie, she will drastically obsess over it, analyzing it for the tiniest of things such as symbolism within literary elements and characterization, the strangest theme connecting to her life, etc. Solving math problems with a solution of 157 seems to pass the most time. She creates and solves these problems. The answer must be 157.
History: No one knows Melly's history. She was found on the doorstep of the school years ago, and even though she was five at the time, Melly can't remember anything from before she arrived.
What makes her a prodigy: While she's very very smart in most subjects, her main claim to fame is the fact that if you spell a word, even a complicated one, to her, within five seconds, she can spell the word backwards without having to even think about it. Also, say you give Melly a math worksheet with problems that have been worked out, but are very complicated and she doesn't know how to do. Melly can find the pattern in what has been done and will be able to solve a problem of the same kind within a short period of time. She impressed the people at IQ very early on with that ability. She has an amazing photographic memory that often comes in handy. She can memorize things very quickly, and they stay with her forever. Melly can speak numerous languages and has always exceled in any English class you give her. Finally, Melly can decipher almost any code by simply recognizing patterns.

Distinct Features: Her odd and emotionless stare and the flowers she puts in hair all the time.
Personality: It's very hard to figure her out. She's very silent, and is quite descisive. She's very abstusive, and is polite with people she thinks are worthy of being treated well. She's often thoughtful and kind. But her heart seems to be made of steel. It's very hard to make her laugh, let alone smile.
She's not sensitive, but she will act for her friends. She'll put up with whatever she gets and usualy asks for something in return. Sometimes people think she's rude when she does that. Her independance can get out of hand, because she then begins to reject all help no matter who offers it.
Her eccentric behaviour is always the same. Rock hard. She's so serious she can't even remeber that she's ever laughed or smiled in her life. She's not bratty at all. She is truely a brilliant child with an extreme IQ. She never bursts out or yells. She always keeps her cool no matter what happens, but she won't look at the bright side of things either. She's very curious and has a way of knowing people's secrets and problems.
She has no idea what things like pressure and love feel like.
She only laughs ans smiles when she's acting childish, or in her "toddler" mode.
ODD Quality:
*She's always singing something so quiet you have to put your ear to her mouth to hear her. She'll sing things like "Tick, tock. Tick, tock."
*Whatever she's doing, it has some sort of bet she'll be moving to.
*If you won't pay her in return when she asks for payment, she'll get you.
*Her obbsession with drawing and sketching. She's ALWAYS drawing something. But she draws pictures of things like dead bodies, skeletons, bats, anything horrid and unrealistic will do.
*She almost never speaks. She only nods, points, shakes her head, frowns, glares, stares etc. most of the time.
*When she finds something she loves (like a teddy bear), she forms a bond with it. If you steal that item, she will go after you.
*One minute, she can act like a bossy teacher, and the next, she'll be like a childish toddler.
History: Sol can remember her past even more clearly than what she had for breakfast. Some strange people had come to take her away. Apparently, it was against her parents wishes and they put up a fight. Sol watched as they beat up her parents until they were dead. Strangly, she didn't shed a tear when she watched them be totured. She ran away and found refuge in the Quimby institute.
What makes them a Genius:
*She's a superb learner. For example: She can have one lesson on geomritry, and the next day she's caught on and has learned how to do all ways in geomritry.
*She's a riddle genius. She can solve lots of things.
*She doesn't know how, but she can speak many language (not including animals)
*She is knowledgable to the human phsycology
*Whatever she remebers, she can describe it with extreme detail. This does not incude things like what she had for breakfast.

Personality: She's witty and loves to have fun. Those she can get quiet and her eyebrows furrow when she's thinking, she's quick on her feet and loves helping people. She's no airhead. She also speaks her mind, no matter how rude or random.
ODD Quality: She can identify things by taste or licking. Like a memory system in her tongue. So some people find it...offending and weird when she licks then as a greeting. She can taste exact ingredients of anything, even machines and weaponry, meaning she can taste what parts were used and the placement.
History: She was running away from the murder of her parents when she found this institute, hiding out for awhile. She didn't murder them, she swears!
What makes them a Genius: She knows her chemicals and elements. Science is her game, and weather patterns are included in that of course.

History: She is an orphan her parents are missing, presumed to be dead, they went missing when she was only 4 and she has no memory of her parents. she went into the system soon after and made a few friends. she was adopted at the age of 6 so she had to leave her friends she promised to visit but never did. her adoptive parents were really nice but strict, a lawyer and a nurse, she had no clue about what they talked about but pretended she did. Her adoptive parents died in a house fire when she was 13, the causes of the fire are unknown. History: She comes from an abusive family that liked to make her life hell. They were also addicted to drugs and tried many times to drug her and sell her off for some money. One night her parents wanted to sell her in downtown but they were intoxicated on god knows what and crashed. her parents were killed instantly while she got off with minor injuries. Later back in the hospital, once she was ok to go to the social services she ran away and ended up at the school one rainy night.

Personality: Danger is a complex person and unpreditable. She can outgoing and hostile one minute and cold and calculating in the next. She is generally moody, spiteful, jealous, and *itchy. If you get on her bad side, she will enact revenge and make your life a living *ell. She does have a soft shell from her cold, hard exterior, but good luck getting to it. The only person who ever has ended up dead and she will freeze everyone emotionally out as well as her own emotions to protect herself and the people around her, especially her enemies for the people who she feels like she could be friends with are usually the ones she makes her enemies.
ODD Quality: Danger likes to count, when something is bothering her. She counts everything and it calms her down and helps her to relax. She has done this so much that it has become like second nature to her that she hardly knows that she is doing it. It is starting to happen more and more on an subconscious level. She also likes to snap the rubber bands she wears around her wrist to pay attention to what people are saying or to distract herself from what people are saying to or about her.
History: She has always been in fostercare for as long as she can remember. Lately, in the last few years, she has been mostly in detention centers for assault, robbery, and forgery. Danger cannot help, but to get her hands dirty, not for the attention but for the thrill. Because if she does not have to think for awhile, she is in a good place. Danger is an examplar at weaponary and defensive techniques. She is the highest level black belt that a person can be in all different types of combat such as karate and ti quon do and otheres. She knows everything there is to know about weapons and how to use them. She even knows how to make weapons out of common objects. She is regesistered around the world as armed and dangerous, but it hasn't dampened her spirits yet. Hence, the name Danger. She is also ranked number #1 in Europe as the most wanted computer hacker. All the HTML and digital numbers fascinate her and with her crazy number counting obsession she makes for a great hacker and reprogramer. She single handedly got rid of all that global warming crap for free. She hates global warming crap and conspiracy theories, because the blantant truth is the most apparent.

Personality: To put it simply, Texere has a bit of a split personality problem. On one hand, she can be the most charming, sweetest girl you'll ever meet. This side's most commonly seen in public or before she was taken into IQ. However, when in a bad mood she lapses into the more cynical, sarcastic, people-hating side of herself and scares away anyone unlucky enough to be around her. While in IQ she's reasonably stable, apart from the occasional shock when she just has to check that one person's measurements... In any situation it's hard to make her at all embarrassed as she lacks the shame that most decent people hold.
ODD Quality: A 'genius' must get bored with the simple problems they're given in everyday life, right? Therefore Texere is constantly creating new ones for herself- mini 'Gordian knots', usually. She's almost never without some sort of thread or material, and constantly weaves intricate cat's cradles, of course knots, lace and other such creations for herself (hence her alias). Most of the time the habit isn't noticeable, but the harder she's thinking, the bigger the scale of her 'projects' become.
History: Until her parents' disappearance 7 years ago, Ex was a pretty normal kid. It wasn't until almost four years of being shuffled amongst foster families that her parents' cause of death was confirmed, along with her 'genius' status. Two years later, when the number of families that would take her simply ran out, IQ stepped in. From that point on she's been living on the campus with no apparent objections to her situation. This was the extent of the information IQ could gather, but even just that was enough for them.
What makes them a Genius: Texere's speciality actually lies in science- anatomy to be exact. In no magical way whatsoever, she can tell a person's height, nationality, weight etc. just by looking (and sometimes touching, which is rather alarming for the subject in question). Similarly, she can work out the structure of something like a knot using the same method of sharp perception. AGAIN, this is NOT magical and DOES HAVE BOUNDARIES, like distance, crowds etc. It's purely scientific/ mathematical.
Other: Although she loves frills, she can't stand bright pink or sweets. She's allergic to cats and it breaks her heart to admit it.

Personality: Suru's personality can basically be summed up by his appearance: Nerdy, awkward and out of place everywhere. On the outside, he's your typical introvert. He avoids other people at all costs and sticks to shadows as much as possible. However, from years of
ODD Quality: Apart from his constant observation of people, Suru can often be found sketching anything and everything around him. Although usually in his numerous sketchbooks, he will also use scraps of paper and other such materials just to record what he's seen on paper. If there's nothing he can draw on, he makes use of his photographic memory to record it later on.
So basically, he draws ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING.
History: There isn't really much to Suru's history. Even when his parents were alive they didn't really pay attention to him, and the same went for his teachers, peers, neighbours- everyone. It was as if he was invisible. However, a young child's desire to be accepted drove him to try and understand why, and how he could prove himself to them. It wasn't until his father passed away that this want faded away, though his observations didn't. As he excelled in school he passed through it quickly, skipping grades here and there until his mother finally slipped away. This was when IQ found him and shuffled him into the 'school for genii'.
What makes them a Genius: As mentioned before, Suru's main genius quality is his excellent and exact photographic memory. He's also a very good judge of personality etc., and from his time spent hiding away on his computer he's learnt a lot of programming/ mathematical skills.
