Elizabeth Reaser doesn't look anything like I pictured Esme. She's a fantastic actress, though. In fact, I own another movie she made called, Sweet Land and I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone. It really demonstrates her fantastic talent as an actress. She had to speak German in the movie, and she comes across as a native German speaker. It's very, very impressive.The movie is romantic too. I think it might be the best acting she's ever done.
I just know that TAYLOR LAUTNER was TOTALLY JACOB !!and KELLAN LUTTZ WAS TOTALLY EMMETT !!
and PETER FACINELLI WAS TOTALLY CARLISLE !!
and KRISTEN STEWART WAS BELLA!!
and BILLY BURKE WAS TOTALLY CHARLIE !!
and ASHLEY GREENE WAS TOTALLY ALICE !!
and ROBERT PATTINSON WAS ALMOST EDWARD I THINK !!
and JULIA JONES WAS A PERFECT LEAH !!

Alice was the best... she's really cute n just how I wld imagine her. Kristen is... well, just like Bellea (a b****) lol. Edward, wayy to go. Jacob, Emmet are fine. Rosalie... I'd imagined her really beautiful, but ok. Esme is sweet but I'm dissapointed wid Carlisle. I don't like him. Mike and her other friends are fine... doesn't matter rly, lol. Charlie and Jasper... I donno
Peter was the PERFECT Carlisle. Just how I pictured him. I think they only way they could have improved him would be if he had a very faint English accent. Jasper was great, but his hair was a little messed up.
Right abt the hair, lol. But Carlisle? He's not gorgeous-vampire AT ALL!
he is gorgeous, he just doesn't strike you as a vampire. but keep in mind that Carlisle's had 300+ years to work on the whole appearing human charade.
Lol, thas not mentioned in the book... Bella's always going on about how vampire-gorgeous Carlisle is! Urghh, he is so not good-looking in the movie.
He totally is! i mean, when Carlisle first walked in, i thought i was going to pass out! he exceeded my expectations of what he was going to look like. Overall, i was very pleased with the casting choices.
I don't think so... he actually reminds me of an indian actor who m not very fond of. Dw, I respect ppl's views n it's ok for u to like him... I just don't tho!

I think a lot of people feel the same way. I know I do, but that could just be because I can picture the characters and setting and enjoy my version better than Summits.
It's not just the Twilight movies that differ from the books. Most all movies made from books are different. Why can't people just enjoy both versions? I loved the Twilight books because you do get to know and understand the characters better, but they can only put so much in a 2 hour movie. I think they did a great job with it.
no but the prob is, i loved twilight. after watching the horrifying movie version I hated it... until I read the book again n fell i nlove wiv it again. They spoil the whole thing utterly, completely. If u haven't read the book, but watch the movie then it's ok, but them spoiling ur perfect creative images is too much

***kellan lutz(emmett), taylor lautner(jacob) my favorites ever....*** i love ashley greene too(alice).... kristen is hot as hell to me not the greatest actress ever but even tho i love her movies shes not that bad as everyone makes her seem shes great in the runaways... rob/jasper are hot & great actors...

It depends a lot on the style of the dress. I believe that she did that one time because she had hurt her ankle and couldn't wear heels

I think Carlisle is the best one!! The only reason Jasper is my fave is because of the accent. I think the only thing that would have made Carlisle better was if he had had a very, very faint English accent.
