Splitting of graphic novel version from classic novel version

This version of Heart of Darkness is classed as a different "edition" of the book, but it is actually a graphic novel version with additional authors - could it be split from the Heart of Darkness (Conrad) categorization? The book's ISBN is 978-1906838096 and the cover picture is available on Amazon uk:
