publisher: 'St. Martin's Minotaur' to 'St. Martin's Press' (undo)
I'm guessing it's the importer issues that Rivka mentioned in an earlier query I had.
I have yet to merge the author profiles, because I tried it once (it did the opposite of what I intended), and GR members who search will probably use the e, rather than ë (although that is the correct spelling of the author's name).

Third Strike
are also affected. Zoë has joined GR, though generally uses e, because of the problems with ë.
I would be grateful for suggestions of how best to deal with this. Also some publishing company details have been changed (which is minor) though I got the details directly from the author, and her website.

The correct way to list is as per cover, and it looks like this is Zoë Sharp.

If the author is a GR author then rivka will need to merge the profiles, but I cannot find a GE author profile for a Zoe or Zoë Sharp

Merged Zoë Sharp and Zoe Sharp. Neither was a GR author.

If any other book details are verifiably incorrect, feel free to edit.

Thanks for clarifying Paula! That was fast - Zoë hasn't applied for GR author yet :)
I am wondering whether I am correct in thinking that if a book has been added with Zoe, then authors merged; that it seems to show up when searching for Zoe - even though it is correctly linked to Zoë.

Just to say I really like being able to add a book I want to read, instead of ending up with heaps of requests at the library; in appreciation of just what it takes to run a site like this!

Sometimes for a day or two, until the search completely re-indexes. Not permanently.

Its my understanding that if you search using Zoe or Zoë they should both work.

GR is a great place !

While this is something we hope to improve, it is not currently true in most cases.
