Yes. In fact, it is advisable—you know, in case one of your characters dies. (See the rules Mist posted at the beginning of this thread)

Age? 18 years
Personality: His nature to others at first sight is intimidating and frightening. But Four is a lot more than that. He turns out to be a very caring and protective person, who will go to extremes to make sure the ones he loves are not in danger.
Strengths: He's extremely skillful with a gun, of any sort, and a knife. He has confidence in his abilities and his aggressive battling skills combine to be lethal to his enemies.
Weaknesses: He won't kill unless it's absolutely necessary.
Appearance: Tall, 6 feet, but lean with tight muscles. With multi-colored dark blue eyes and eyelashes most girls would die for, he is a gorgeous but fierce contender. He has tattoos of each faction's symbol on his back and dark brown 'abnegation' hair.

If it is being publisher for sure in the near future, than that's fine. Like Jaye said, they have to be researchable. However, unfortunately, I'm going to have to say no to characters from your own novels that you hope one day to be published. Not saying that's what you had in mind, but it's just a fact for everyone :)
Ah... That actually is exactly what I had in mind. Oh well... She's awesome, but I have a better idea, MWAHAHAHA.

Strengths: Can summon lightning, is handy with swords and lances, and can control wind currents giving him the ability to fly
Weaknesses: has ADHD and dyslexia, and is too loyal. Protects his friends and sometimes enemies even if it means his own life

Weakness: Has a thing for girl's in dire situations. Sometimes lets his heart get too far into a situation (his work).

Book (Title, Series, Author): Cinder (Lunar Chronicles #1) by Marissa Meyers
Age: 16
Strengths: She has a database in her head. She can research stuff up at a moments notice. She is stronger than many people. If she is cut or burnt where her metal is, it won't hurt her as badly (if she's cut on her human skin though, it will obviously hurt all the same).
Weakness: Her mechanical foot is too small for her, causing her to limp. It comes detached quite easily, as well. For the extent of the Games, the Gamemakers have put a lock on her mind database. She can look up some stuff but other stuff is forbidden.

Age? 17 years
Personality: His sarcastic attitude and rude/smart way of talking is what makes him "so sexy", according to his adoptive sister Isabelle. He doesn't think he has the ability to love anyone, nor does he want to, because he believed that love destroys. But as he grows into a better person, he learns that love is in fact, a great thing. His never does loose that witty charm, though ;)
Strengths: He is without a question the best Shadowhunter New York has seen. His silent stealth and quick thinking makes him a threat to all demons. He can probably talk anyone into doing anything he says, and then quickly get rid of them with a smooth cut through the spine and into their heart. He uses his Seraph blades and with the runes on his skin, he's better than SuperMan!
Weaknesses: He seems to have this notion that he himself has to save the world. That it's his job! So he's always putting himself in harm's way and killing the demons and doing all the work himself.
Appearance: He's basically a Greek god with a sarcastic mouth sent from Heaven. His golden locks of hair and fair skin make him irresistible to all girls. His hard muscles fair well for him in battle.

Personality: Very caring and willing to protect his friends. He has a warm smile and an honest nature
Strengths:Well, he transforms into a werewolf. It's vicious and big and when he's just a human, injuries on him heal within minutes and he always stays warm.
Weaknesses:He has a mind-link thing with his fellow werewolves, so they might hear what he's thinking during battle!
Appearance:He's of the La Push reserve in Forks and has tan Indian skin. He has glossy black hair closely cropped to his head. He currently stands at 6'7 and is extremely thick, toned, and muscular.

Book (Title, Series, Author): Catching Fire(The Hunger Games trilogy book 2) and my fan fiction; Suzanne Collins, me.
Age (if you're a tribute you have to be between 12 and 18): Let's do 15(right after her first games)
Personality: Cold and calculating, Cashmere won't take a second thought before lopping off your head(she did that before). She's strong, resilient, a fighter to the bloody end. Those who watched her first Games know she killed her own boyfriend to win the Hunger Games.
Physical Appearance: Curly, sleek blond hair that shines like the sun; golden eyes that are technically 'brown' but honestly, they look golden; smooth and pale skin; athletically muscled, obviously good for running and swinging stuff; very beautiful; stands at about 5'5", and is neither stocky nor skinny.
Strengths: Sticking with the pack, neck-shots, between-the-rib-shots, running, fluidity of speech, kicks, very little remorse for killing someone, being in control. Anything with a blade is good for her; less so with bows.
Identifications: Plants - Dandelion, variety of weeds, normal vegetables, pine needles, a variety of seeds and nuts. Animals - Deer, Rabbit, Insects vs. Arachnids, Cow, Chicken, Fish.
Weaknesses: Separation from more than one person, burns, swimming.
Background: From District 1, has already been in one Hunger Games, really hates the idea of going back(poor her).

Weaknesses:......um, well she doesn't like to get into trouble. She's used to be a shy girl who wanted to always do the right thing. She didn't want to be dragged into Harry and Ron's messes. So, she wouldn't use her magic unless absolutely necessary.
Appearance: She has pale skin and curly brown hair and eyes.

I've Brianna, Drake, Percy, and Adriane...not much of a team. Drake hates Brianna and Adriane's a lone wolf.
I just wanted to say, that if I were going to play, these are the characters I would choose… just saying :)
