He nodded,"She doesn't have boyfriends. Just guys she'll go on two dates with and then break up with becuase she realizes they are idiots" He smiled

Her brows knit together. Would he do the same? Leave her like she was nothing?
Max sighed,"One reason I never dated. Some girls thought I was just a one night stand, so I didnt think any of them were worth it" He looked at Draven,"Some girls ate though...."
She looked away. "And me? What am I to you so far?"
"Ask me in a couple hours. You ready to go?" He asked watching her.
Draven rose. He was getting a tad bossy but she pushed that away, really wanting to get to know him.
Max smiled,"Where do you want to go?"
She thought about it. "We could sneak off campus. There's a fancy retaurant I've been hearing about around campus."
He nodded,"Cool. What's it called?" He grabbed his wallet and put it in his pocket.
She gnawed her lip. "We, uh, don't have to go there.... We can go somewhere else." She looked down at her hands. ((I was trying to come up with something nice, but 'red lace' popped into my head so.... Yeah.))
He smiled and kissed her head,"If you want to go there then we will"
She shrugged one shoulder. "No. It's fine. We can go wherever you like."
Max sighed,"Draven......never mind. I honestly have no idea where to yo. I've only been here a couple weeks"
She looked up at him. "Maybe we should just start off with friendship first," she said. "That way we can get to know each other on a stable level so we don't feel akward."
He winced and then nodded,"Whatever you want Draven"
She chewed her lip. "Wanna rent movies and get popcorn?" She smiled sweetly.
He nodded,"You go get the movies. I'll make the snacks..."
"Okay." Draven left his dorm, getting in her car. The sun was already gone.
He made popcorn, grabbed a box of Oreos, and fruit punch.
She returned ten minutes later with a crap load of all sorts of DVDs.
He saw her,"Whoa. I though we were just going to watch a couple..."
"I didn't know what you'd want to watch," she admitted. "So I grabbed some for options."
He laughed,"Okay. Thanks.." He took the movies and set them on the second couch.
Draven went and sat on the opposite couch, waiting for him to choose one.
"Wow. You could've just gotten three random movies"He smiled at her
She flushed. "I'll remember that next time."
She went over to him, leaning over him to see what was there. She settled for Titanic.
He blinked,"I'll go get the box of tissues." He came back with a box of Kleenex and then put the movie in.
She laughed. "I won't cry.... Maybe." She settled onto the couch, popcorn in her lap.
He sat next to her,"Whatever you say"
All lights were off and the TV's screen glowed as the movie started. It played on her skin, hair seeming stark against the dark. Her eyes seemed to glow.
He leaned back, the movie always bored him.
Draven was transfixed, heart aching as the ship crashed and they all began to die. Tears welled in her eyes but not a single drop spilt over the brim.
She glanced at him from the corner of her eye. Draven was a little upset he was falling asleep. Getting up she took the disk out right before Jack died.
Max instantly woke up. It was like a switch went off and woke him up.
She placed the disk back in it's case, slipping into shadow form accidently. It looked as if the case was floating in air. She sighed.
Max smiled and walked over to her,"Nervous again Draven?"
She jumped, form vanishing to physical. "Jesus!" She breathed, placing a hand over her heart.
She nodded, flushing. "Don't do that," she scowled but a smile tugged at her lips.
"What? Don't do what?"He looked at her smiling.
Draven shook her head, giggling. "Sorry this bored you." She changed the subject.
"It's fine. I've seen it like 10 times with Minnie"He shrugged,"It bores me now.."
She nodded. "Okay. Not to self: don't watch Titanic with Max." She winked at him grinning.
