Hi Sean, I just now tried to get the book from Smashwords with the link they provided, but it said the code was invalid or the item had already been redeemed. What should I do?
Well, that's not good. Try logging in to Smashwords.com and clicking on the Library heading. If it's not listed in your library I may need to send a strongly worded inquiry.
