WHYWHYWHY. THIS IS A WORLD PROBLEM - HE COULD GET FOLLOWERS ANYWHERE - AND WE DO NOTHING.

And I don't know if he's worse than Hitler. You really can't compare villains on a scale like that.

That is purely amazing!

Listen. Can you hear them? In the silence of the night. When the world is asleep and dreaming. Can hear them? In the rustling of the wind, the pattering of the rain. In the magnificence of mother nature.
Look. Can you see them? In the faces of your peers, in the burning eyes of desperate animals. As they pass you on the street. Can you see them? When you look in the mirror, in the mist of a morning fog. While the world is waking up.
Feel. Can you feel them? In the tickling of the wind, in the thrumbing of the earth. As nature tries to tell you the truth. Can you feel them? In the embrace of your friends, in the comfort of your family. When they surround you with love.
Can you?
Listen. Thier voices soft and unheard whisper to your ears. Thier desperate cries for help falling flat to uncaring hearts. Listen. They are calling, begging for our help. Will you listen to them?
Look. Thier faces aren't so much different than our own. Thier eyes no different than yours or mine. They are waiting, watching for us. Will you see them?
Feel. Feel their essence in the world around you. Feel their pain of no family in the comfort of your own. Feel. They are reaching out, wanting us to take thier hand. Will you feel their hurt and reach for them?
I will.

O_o

Even if Kony is already dead, caught, or whatever the hell happens to people like him, we should keep spreading the word about national events.
Like what's going on in SYRIA right now which is just as worse if not worse than Kony.
They are under a dictatorship and have had rebellions a lot recently...
This would be fine (well, not fine, but you get the idea...) except the dictator doesn't like this and has been sending TANKS, yes TANKS, to fight these little rebellions. They're just standing in a street and the guy is sending TANKS at them.
And why were they rebelling?
Because of anti-government graffiti, students were being TORTURED!
Please look up more information on this topic as mine is all out. We need to spread the word about causes and stuff like THIS ^^ that is happening.

thank you EJ... we both did equally good...:) and i like yours better... and you are so right... this isnt just about Kony its about everything we can do...

sticks were our guns
our words were our bullets
we had hours of fun
But for kids in Uganda
it isn't the same
not since Joseph Kony
took over the game
He forced them to fight
and he forced them to kill
while we stood by and did nothing
lacking knowledge and will
But let this be the year
that it comes to an end
that there's visible justice
for invisible children
Because Joseph Kony
we're coming for you
stopping at nothing
and there's f**k all you can do

Dedicated to the Stopping of Kony...
He was invisible,
forgotten in Africa.
He was believed
to be fine on his own.
I need your help.
Bring me back my child.
Taken in the night,
like a fox takes a chick;
forced into boots ten
sizes too large for them.
A piece of metal is thrust
into their hands.
"Shoot!" they are told.
"Kill!" they are taught.
"Leave none alive."
These children aren't
invisible. They are not
forgotten. And neither
is the viper who intoxicated,
poisoned, destroyed the
minds and souls of the innocent,
the oppressed, the kind,
the loving, the children.
Girls no longer have tea parties.
They are now just hollowed vessels.
They have no spirit left in them.
What they had was broken.
Boys no longer run in the dust.
They no longer play in the desert.
They no longer have a soul of their own.
They are toy soldiers, lined up in ranks,
machine guns, pistols, swords shoved
into their tiny child fingers to play with.
They are not invisible,
but no one sees their pain.
They are not invisible,
but no one sees their tears.
They are not invisible,
so why can't we see their
bodies lying mangled and
broken, day after day,
hoping, pleading, wishing
for a way out of their life.
How have children become invisible
to the eyes of countries and nations?
How have children become soldiers
in an army against their parents?
How have children been left alone
for this long in this bloodshed?
Why are the children so hard to see?
Why are the children invisible?
Bring me back my child...
Bring me back my baby...
Bring me back the world...
