I love useless knowledge!!!
Did you know that a pineapple is actually a very large berry?
Did you know that if the glaciers melted the seas would rise enough to cover the statue of liberty's head?
Did you know that orange carrots are not natural- rather the Dutch bred together red and yellow ones to make carrots that were their national colors?

Did you know that Matthew Broderick was 25 years old when he played the role of General Robert Gould Shaw in the movie "Glory?" (Note: Robert Gould Shaw was the 23 year old leader of the 54th Massachusetts Regiment in the Civil War(Union army). He was killed along with half of his troops while attempting to take the Confederate fort, Fort Wagner, which is near Charleston, SC. The fort was never taken by the Union army.)

I think the only other one I recognized was christopher paolini...I've read eragon of his, and I loved the outsiders when I read it waaaaaaay back in the day.
