Piper & Jason........or Jason & Reyna?

Nah, I'm kidding. Idk, but Jason's irritated me since PAGE 1. He's developing as a character, though. I love character development. It makes me warm inside.

Oh yeah I was just sooooo sooo mad her for that. It's PERCY JACKSON.

Ha ha ha yeah I just got in a habit of reading these reviews and stuff and I wanted to join in!
How I found Goodreads! (A short)
Once, there was a girl. This girl's name was Elisar _____. She liked to read stuff, and happened to really get into reading in the Summer of '11. After mourning the end of Harry Potter, she spotted Percy Jackson on the shelf.
This was around November.
"What an interesting cover!" she thought, stroking her hairless chin.
"DAD!" she whisper-shouted, and her dad lazily walked up behind her, asking if she found a book she wanted. She pointed at the book, Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief, it's French counterpart Le Voleur de Foudre only a centimeter away.
"Oh, Percy Jackson? That was a good film. Sure," he said with a shrug. They paid for the book and she read.
The next day, she asked for the second book, already completely engrossed. Her mother facepalmed. "See what you did, doofus?" she asked her father in Arabic. "You got her obsessed!"
"Nah, she's just excited," he denied. While her father loved reading, her mother could care less. Her mother already had to study thousand page text-books for her job, so free-time reading wasn't really... an option.
Her parents declined her request, as they were leaving for a three day vacation. Four days without the next book? She felt herself wanting to collapse and scream. The eleven year old could barely handle herself.
***
In the car ride, she spotted something. Big, red letters. She could just comprehend a C (curse her weak eyes).
Carters?
Chatters?
Chapters?
Hold up.
CHAPTERS.
"STOP THE CAR. CHAPTERS. BOOK. NOW!"
Her mother tried to convince her father to keep driving, but he ignored her. Elisar grinned. Her father always spoiled her with pleasures like this. She did a little dance in place. "Thank you so much, dad!"
"No problemo," he said, smirking at her. Her mother exhaled through her nose.
"So much for family time..." she muttered under her breath when they parked.
***
Elisar's punishment for buying seven books was, well, she had to carry them. Luckily, purchases over eighty dollars got them a discount, so they did save ten bucks.
She lugged the seven books to her car, shoved six in the back, and grabbed the Sea of Monsters, contentedly. Six books and one companion.
Her mother was visibly irritated.
***
A week had passed since they left the resort. True, she did read mostly, but she went outside! (Once! That's more than nothing!)
She finished the book, not bothering read the preview for the third book of the second series. Her mother agreed to take her to the store to get the rest of the series. (After all, she may have just not seen it)
***
She found a store clerk in the 9-12 and teens aisles. She grinned and said, "Excuse me?"
The woman turned, and gave her a smile. "How can I help you?"
"I'm, uh, looking for the third book in Rick Riordan's 'Heroes of Olympus'? Mark of something...? Athena! Mark of Athena?"
The woman looked at her with sad eyes. Rather than explain, she grabbed The Son of Neptune and gave it to her.
"I already have this."
"To the back. Where the preview should be."
Should be? she thought. What the heck?
She flipped to the back, and nearly choked on her own shock.
"No. Freaking. Way."
"I'm sorry. This always happens."
She silently handed back the book.

Part 2
Elisar spent most of her day in shock. Then angry. She sat on her bed, angry. School was tomorrow, and she sure as Hades was going to throw a massive fit.
She didn't.
Hours passed.
Days passed.
Weeks passed.
Months passed.

"-and I'm just so upset! I mean, it's coming in SIX MONTHS. That's HALF A YEAR, mom! And, we were left with the worst ending ever! OH MY GODS, I was so mad! And-"
"Would you just... stop? You're giving me a migrane."
Her mother had interrupted her, and she pouted. She was just... irritated. Her mother's eyes softened.
"Sweetie, can't you just... talk to your friends?"
"They haven't read them! And the one person who did was Octavian*, and you KNOW how much of a jerk he is! He's such a bully!"
"Well, I havent' read them either."
"But... But... You're my mom!"
"So?"
"You're supposed to listen to my problems and give advice."
"Here's my advice. Get your laptop."
"What?"
"Just... get it."
Elisar reluctantly went to her room and grabbed her laptop, bringing it to her mom, and praying silently that her internet wasn't open to Smosh or Shane Dawson.
It wasn't, thankfully. Just tumblr.
Her mother typed something into the search bar. Percy Jackson Fan Club.
Some site called Goodreads popped up as the first option. A discussion group.
She looked at her mother, unconvinced. "You think talking to people who aren't even there will help?"
"Yes. Make an account."
She sighed through her nose and took her laptop back.
3 Months later (July)
"OH MY GOOOOOOD!"
"What?!"
Elisar's mother rushed into the room, only to see her daughter sprawled out on the ground in front of her laptop, shock and happiness on her face.
"I'M A MODERATOR!!!"
"What?"
"I - Izzy - Me - One Direction - Argument - Reported - Moderator - HAPPY!"
"So..." her mother started, confused. "You and Lizzy-"
"Izzy."
"Izzy, right, got into an argument about One Direction and someone reported it, making you a moderator and now you're happy...?"
"NO! Someonewho'snamewasOneDirectionstartedanargumentandwasdoingstuffandIreportedittoIzzytheheadmoderatorandnowI'mamodtooandI'msohappybecauseit'slikethebestgroupever!"
"Okay."
"I'm so happy!"
"Well, congrats, I guess. Dinner's in ten."
3 Months Later
"MARKOFATHENAMARKOFATHENA-"
"Rant to your group, would you?"
Her mother drove her home from the bookstore, and her daughter sulked at the comment. "I'm too busy to go on, mom."
"Alright, then. When you can."

Elisar held her book, shaking. She was in class, free time, and a tear dripped from her eye to the page. "No..." she whispered.
Her friends looked at her, concerned.

"I'm not a moderator anymore," she said, slightly upset. "Well, I guess I got that one coming," she grumbled to herself. She shrugged, and decided to participate again.

I still have more comments than you, Izzy. :D
Shut up. :P

Piper and Jason; Reyna don't need no man to function! She's independent, and very easily got over Jason (she almost immediately hits on Percy). Besides... Circe's island... men are pigs... Do you get where I'm coming from on this Reyna front?
I saw this hilarious thing on an "Ask the Demigods!" Tumblr, where so,e asled Percy if he would have taken godhood if Annabeth had died. It went like this:
Percy: *says words about how he probably wouldn't have anyway, but Annabeth was a huge factor in saying no and utter adorbs*
Jason: You were offered to be a god and said NO?!
Percy: Yeah, and last time I checked, you weren't.
Leo: 1 - 0 Percy!

reyna can do better!!"
Come on guys, Jason isn't really that bad! I mean he's not my favorite person, but he is like the roman version of Percy. But don't get me wrong, I love Percy. He is my favorite fictional character EVER. But they are just alike except Jason has like zero sense of humor and when he does say something funny it just seems forced. And he's kinda distant.... But other than that I really don't have a problem with him. And as for piper. Well, she annoyed me all threw the book about her concerns with her relationship with Jason. But I liked her in the LH. But I don't think they deserve to be named shallow. Just yet. More ranting on my part.....
