Just for the people who have a winter cold....Since the first time someone gave me this when I feel like I have the flu, or that typical winter cold I buy the simple thing..it is a powder in a little bag and you have to take it in hot water. It is paracetemol with lemon. I still can't believe it works so well. And take extra vitamine c. Itake them in the tablets to put in water, so whenever I feel bleh flu kinda or witer cold it adds to my normal fresh vitamine comsumption.
