1. Do you see the motivational triad at play in all aspects of your life?


Engine2diet | 3 comments ABSOLUTELY! Every day! Especially in times of stress - I think it was Doug who once brought up that eating is a natural response to stress, not because we are mentally messed up - (our words) ;) but because in times of stress our body responds by saying "OH SHOOT!, we're stressed, it must mean we might be going through famine soon or food shortage, so we should eat!" When any of us are stressed - we are always eating more calorically dense foods - when we are chill - we make much better choices.


Kaci | 7 comments I can see this also play out just like E2 said! Just this week I have fallen into this due to stress on the homefront. Funny how it changed instantly when I fixed the problem!
