I created the second in an attempt to add a Kindle edition to the first, I'm not quite sure how I could have done it better as I definitely clicked "Add new edition"

I was creating the Kindle second edition, which is what needs to be combined with something :)

The first paperback edition shows a Kindle edition (http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/81...) which has all the first edition details (including ASIN) but says it's the second edition.
