Gwen (gwenk) | 161 comments Books have always been my escape. I'll read in a heartbeat. There's just something about immersing myself in another world that makes a world of difference.

Without a doubt romances are my faves. Here are some of my comfort ones.

Night Play (Dark-Hunter, #5; Were-Hunter, #2) by Sherrilyn Kenyon The Touch Of Fire by Linda Howard The Darkest Heart by Brenda Joyce The Outlaw Hearts by Rebecca Brandewyne Seduce Me at Sunrise (The Hathaways, #2) by Lisa Kleypas Ashes in the Wind by Kathleen E. Woodiwiss Lover Eternal (Black Dagger Brotherhood, #2) by J.R. Ward

UniquelyMoi ~ BlithelyBookish I'm a comfort reader, too. When things are rough in my real life, I try to go with books that will be easy to read, make me laugh and give me hope.

Same here, D and Filomena. I stick my head in a book and don't think about my problems for a few hours.

Missyb | 98 comments I'd pick up something funny. When deciding what to read I do choose according to my mood, unless I'm in the middle of a series.
