Rosemary (grooving with the Picts) (nosemanny) | 8590 comments I don't know - certainly read and enjoyed Not a Penny More.... and Kane and Abel very much, years ago, but recently read one of his newer efforts (False Impression) and it was pretty bowf.

M.A. Comley (melcom) Yeah, I'm the same as Rosemary, loved Kane and Abel but read some of his more recent books and they're just blah! ;-)

I'll sample it though. ;-)

I read one once a few years ago and didn't like it at all - I can't remember what it was. I did download Kane and Abel when it was free though, so I'll give him another try one day, after I've caught up a bit with reading our authors. It seems that K and A is one of his best then..?

Patti (baconater) (goldengreene) | 56525 comments I've never read any of his stuff. I think I have Kane and Abel on my kindle though.
Wasn't it a freebie some months back?

Yes it was - that's the only reason I downloaded it. It was to promote his latest novel at the time..
