Ohhh....this IS different....

I think we might need a skip!

What is with Mary's addiction to cheetah print? That rug has sooooo got to go.

Gingerlily - The Full Wild | 34228 comments And just WHO let Darren out? Goodness knows if we'll catch him again in time for friday night.

Gingerlily - The Full Wild | 34228 comments i'll have to put on my Elvira outfit and go out and jiggle for a while. That might tempt him back. . .

message 406: by Emma (new)

Emma (emzibah) | 4125 comments Do you need my Skype picture, may entice Marvin, and in turn Darren!!

message 407: by D.D. Chant (new)

D.D. Chant (DDChant) | 7663 comments Why do you all keep looking at me like that???

No.

No!

Definitely not.

I'm NOT doing it, okay!

Gingerlily - The Full Wild | 34228 comments well if my jiggling doesn't work we'll need you Emma. I think I hear a rustling in the bushes over there. **jiggles in the direction of the bushes**

message 409: by Emma (new)

Emma (emzibah) | 4125 comments Ok, cleavage is at the ready :-)

Gingerlily - The Full Wild | 34228 comments Here he comes - you jiggle and I'll grab. Gottim!!

message 411: by J.R. (new)

J.R. Barker | 69 comments Oh dear, I go away for an evening and all hell breaks loose.

Gingerlily - The Full Wild | 34228 comments It all went very quiet as soon as we re-captured Darren.

message 413: by J.R. (new)

J.R. Barker | 69 comments I'm not surprised, all that jiggling clearly wore you out.

Gingerlily - The Full Wild | 34228 comments Well I was busy 're-educating' Darren.

message 415: by Emma (new)

Emma (emzibah) | 4125 comments Ha ha, I think Darren is probably blissfully unaware of all this :-)

Gingerlily - The Full Wild | 34228 comments Most likely! he's probably out inspecting roads and trying to avoid meetings.

message 417: by J.R. (new)

J.R. Barker | 69 comments Just promise me one thing... that you'll never attempt to re-educate me. I like being slightly naive.

Gingerlily - The Full Wild | 34228 comments Thats all right - only the select few get taken to the dungeon...

message 419: by J.R. (new)

J.R. Barker | 69 comments and how many of those go willingly?

Gingerlily - The Full Wild | 34228 comments They all do. It misses the point if they don't want it...

message 421: by D.D. Chant (new)

D.D. Chant (DDChant) | 7663 comments J.R. wrote: "and how many of those go willingly?"

GL, what does she mean 'willingly'???

Gingerlily - The Full Wild | 34228 comments It means they like the things we do to them. Hush now and keep on heating those irons.

message 423: by J.R. (new)

J.R. Barker | 69 comments Well it's all fun and games until someone loses an eye. Hate things to do with eyes *cringe*

Gingerlily - The Full Wild | 34228 comments We don't mess with eyes. Except for the blindfolds... but they are health and safety approved ones.

message 425: by Emma (new)

Emma (emzibah) | 4125 comments I love that this thread is still going despite being 'hoovered' :-)

Gingerlily - The Full Wild | 34228 comments Its like being behind the bike sheds...

message 427: by Emma (new)

Emma (emzibah) | 4125 comments Teehee, with a fag and a bottle of really cheap cider!!!! Oh and a boy, hmmm that is the one thing we are missing!!!

Gingerlily - The Full Wild | 34228 comments We have Darren stashed safely down in the dungeon again.

message 429: by J.R. (new)

J.R. Barker | 69 comments Oh well that's alright then.

I don't mention hoovers.

Hoovers= cleaning and cleaning= evil.

Everyone knows that evil=bad and bad=not good.

Emma (emzibah) | 4125 comments Gingerlily (or Cyberlily..) wrote: "We have Darren stashed safely down in the dungeon again."

True! And we do love Darren :-) do you think he'll snog me behind the bike shed though? That would really bring back memories of the bike shed experience of my youth!!!!!

message 431: by Patti (baconater) (new)

Patti (baconater) (goldengreene) | 56525 comments We don't have bike sheds in Canada. Sounds like I missed out in a very important rite of passage!

I wonder if it's too late to make up for it?

message 432: by Emma (new)

Emma (emzibah) | 4125 comments You can join us Patti

Is generally where I was to be found when bunking off classes!!! Sometimes with a boy, sometimes with me mates and ciggies!!!

Gingerlily - The Full Wild | 34228 comments What the bike shed bit or the snogging Darren bit?

message 434: by Jay (new)

Jay Howard (jay_howard) | 112 comments If you don't have a bike shed, build one and watch. They're a magnet for everything fun and forbidden.

message 435: by Patti (baconater) (new)

Patti (baconater) (goldengreene) | 56525 comments I went to high school way out in the country. There was no place to hide if you wanted to skip out.
Well maybe behind a snow drift...corn field in the fall?

What a sheltered youth I had...

Gingerlily - The Full Wild | 34228 comments Cos Emma and I have first dibs on the snogging bit.

message 437: by Patti (baconater) (new)

Patti (baconater) (goldengreene) | 56525 comments Lol yes GL.

I'll wait at the back of the queue dear.

Gingerlily - The Full Wild | 34228 comments Where is he anyway - he's been quiet for the last couple of days.

message 439: by Emma (new)

Emma (emzibah) | 4125 comments Was just thinking that! And we may have to run this snogging thing past him!

Gingerlily - The Full Wild | 34228 comments Nah - he doesn't get a choice on that. Hmmm - maybe thats why he's staying away...

message 441: by Patti (baconater) (new)

Patti (baconater) (goldengreene) | 56525 comments He popped on earlier and said he was at the road cone factory today, didn't he?

Gingerlily - The Full Wild | 34228 comments Oh right - breeding some super-cones for when the mutants attack!

Corn fields??? That doesn't sound so innocent Peppermint P.

Gingerlily - The Full Wild | 34228 comments Yeah - good point! All sorts of things can happen in corn fields...

message 445: by Patti (baconater) (new)

Patti (baconater) (goldengreene) | 56525 comments Corn fields can be great fun.

We used to play corn tag. Chasing around when the corn was was tall but the cobs were still small.

We'd run around the fields with chewed raw corn in our mouths. If whoever was 'it' managed to spit corn on you, you became 'it'.

The farmers didn't like us much but we did try to not wreck the crop too much.

What fun we has.

message 449: by D.D. Chant (new)

D.D. Chant (DDChant) | 7663 comments It's a phrase that Georgette Heyer uses in her books, it's an expression of disbelief as in: 'you don't expect me to believe that do you?!?!'
