David P Forsyth (daidpforsyth) | 24 comments That's right apocalypse fans, the end of the world as we know it is coming sooner than you think! According to the timeline in "Voyage of the Dead" (Book One of the Sovereign Spirit Saga) it's all going to hit the fan on April 1, 2012! It will come with both a whimper and a bang, as hordes of zombies sweep the streets of the world.

A lucky few survivors will watch it all on HDTV from the safety of a luxurious ship, the Sovereign Spirit, then rush to save family and friends ashore. Others will struggle to survive in cities overrun by the undead. Which will you be?

If you want to be ahead of the game, now is the time to read Voyage of the Dead and get ready for the release of "Flotilla of the Dead" in mid-March. The virus is spreading, whether you know it or not, and the time to prepare is running out fast.

Don't delay! Stock up your Kindle, PC, or Smart Phone now for your post-apocalyptic reading pleasure. And start with Voyage of the Dead before it moves to the alternate history shelves. You can also get involved in the Pre-Z-Day promotions and hype by spreading the virus yourself. This is your invitation to become part of the 1% (survivors that is). Enjoy the ride!

Both Voyage of the Dead and the sequel, Flotilla of the Dead (Sovereign Spirit Saga #2), were in the Top 100 Paid Kindle Science Fiction Adventure rankings yesterday. Voyage fell out of formation, but Flotilla remained strong, proving that readers of the first book want to buy the sequel. Therefore, I am more than happy to give away thousands of copies of the first one!
Voyage of the Dead is 100,000 words and has 15 Five Star reviews since January 15. The Kindle Book Review says, "Without a doubt one of the better Zombie books..." FREE 4/25 & 4/26.

Flotilla of the Dead is 105,000 words and has 7 Five Star reviews since April 1. The Kindle Book Review says, "Is book #2 as good as #1 in the series? Yes.... The plot and storyline lends itself easily to being a long and enjoyable series." Enjoy the ride!
