Combining editions and librarian status

Hi there, I have just added a new edition (US) onto my page, and I'm trying to combine it with other editions of Beneath the Shadows. I thought I had librarian status and I could do this myself, but it is coming up with an error message saying that I need Librarian status. I also need to add 'Wintermoor' (German edition) as an edition of Beneath the Shadows rather than a stand-alone. Help would be much appreciated.
