The book is not written with the word 'and', but with the symbol.

I wasn't sure if merging or deletion was necessary.

We never delete a legitimate book without combining it with a valid edition first. That allows the ratings/reviews/shelving to migrate to the valid edition. Deleting without combining would delete those reviews.

Combined authors and merged with valid edition.

I merged the one with no identifier, but left two editions: Kindle and ebook.

Also, please don't list an ASIN in the ISBN spot, or an ISBN13 in the ISBN10 spot. (Other librarians fixed that before I got there.)
