Ace: I feel that my heart isn't ready yet for another heartbreak. (view spoiler). HAAAY.I feel that if I have a reading buddy/buddies, at least I have a support group. I just expect that Monsters of Men is an emotionally and mentally draining story. :)

started last night and wow, first 3 chapters in pa lang (including the prologue ba un?), parang ayaw ko nang bitawan.Mayor Prentiss' character is brilliantly manipulative, ang galing!

I started reading this yesterday afternoon. Todd being interrogated by the Mayor until he says "Viola. Her name is Viola." Binitawan ko na har har. Kasi bakit pa nga ba kailangang sabihin eh nababasa naman nila ang mind ni Todd? Di ko gets.Pero syempre, itutuloy ko ito. Wala akong inumpisahan na di ko tinapos. Besides, easy read lang.
i asked the same thing, c Todd din db nagtataka bakit kelangan pang itanong ni Mayor Prentiss ung name ni Viola. i think dito na papasok ung title ng book???or could it be may side effect ang cure na ganon? mejo unclear pa.

Maria: Nag-start itong cold ko after Virlanie. Init at pagod. Over-fatigue ang lolo mo. Then di ko ginamot hoping na gagaling din. Then a week after F2F naman. Tas mainit din. Then al fresco so parang "naserenuhan" (term sa province) har har. Nagpa-check up na ako sa Clinica Manila harhar last Friday (nakita ko pa nga si JL harhar). So, gagaling na ito. Kaya konti lang ang nababasa ko ngayon. Drowsy ang cold tablet ko. Hilo ako lagi harhar.
Chapter 6,7,8Naloloka ako kay Mistress Coyle. i thought my kakampi na c Viola pero parang something's off sa kanya. may hidden agenda silang mga Mistresses kay Viola.
I like Maddy! Kaya nga nashock ako sa bilis ng pangyayari sa end ng Chapter 8.
I love Viola. she wants action, not complacency. yebah!

Maria, I had a love-hate relationship with Mistress Coyle. I want to know what you think of her after you finish reading the book. Ahh, Maddy! But I won't be saying anything more. ;)

Last night, andun na ako sa nangangabayo sina Mayor Prentiss, Davy Prentiss at si Todd Hewitt. Meron daw nalaman si Mayor Prentiss na mga darating na utaw. Mula yata kay Viola. So, si Viola ay parang naging "medium"? hahahaha. Tas yong mga horses nila naguusap lang hahahaha."Behold your destiny" ang sabi ni Mayor Prentiss doon sa scene na itatatarak sana nya yong punyal (knife) doon sa isang kalaban at bihay na Mayor. Pero di nya tinuloy. Ano bang ibig sabihin noon? hahahaha. Inaantok na kasi ako hahahaha
just like Viola and Todd, confused ako kay Mayor Prentiss. is he a friend or an enemy? nakakaloka! ang galing nya tlg mag manipulate kung bad sya tlg noh.
Palagay ko gay si Mayor Prentiss kasi pulos mhin lang ang natitira sa world hahahaha. Nasaan na ang mga mujeres? Bakit sila nagdi-disappear?
