I need a bit help combining books

I have added the above mentioned book. It's the Dutch version of

I went to the book's page and clicked combine. I got a list with the English book (already in GR) and the Dutch version I added.

My question: Do I have to mark both checkboxes and click combine, or just the English version.

Please, don't do it to help, just tell me what to do:)
