Defending Jacob wrong edition plus other fixes

Defending Jacob by William Landay has two hardcover editions listed on GR. One is using the ISBN of the eBook edition and should be changed to be the eBook edition.

As you will see from the publisher's website there is only one hardcover and one eBook.

There are some other fixes as well needed besides changing this version from hardcover to eBook.

It need the description edited. The last paragraph should be deleted as it is not actually part of the description. It's more like press agent talk/review.

The number of pages is 330.

The listing says "Published January 31st 2012 by Delacorte Press (first published January 1st 2011)" which is again wrong. It was released January 31st, 2012. It was not released January 1st 2011. If any other versions of this have a first published date then that is also wrong.

I changed the format to ebook.

I'm not sure that the last paragraph needs deleting. It's part of the description on the publisher's website.

Can I ask where you got 330 as a page number? The publisher lists 432.

Fixed the original publication date

Publishers get the page numbering of eBooks wrong. They list the print edition page numbering. 330 is the number of pages for the eBook. I got it from Adobe Digital Editions.

As for the last paragraph, it's just like the page number. That's not a description paragraph. It's a review type paragraph.
