Rayni I notice this is published by Zhivago Press in Layton, Utah. When I tried to order it through my LDS bookstore, they couldn't find it. Do you think this is self-published?

Drew I don't know why they couldn't get it unless they don't have accounts with large distribution warehouses. We have ordered this book in for several people and never had a problem getting it.

Rayni Could it be because LDS Booksellers don't distribute it? Our store is small & doesn't have a lot of accounts. I went to Ramsdell's web page & saw that his books are being distributed through CostCo. I got my copy from a friend in Seattle that sent it to me. She bought it at CostCo.
