Cad

I snort, punching her shoulder at her whines. "That better?" I turn on my car and drive back to the beach house.

Sage

"Yeah, they gave me this." I held up a surveillance footage of the two kids. One looked as old as I am, then other look younger than both me and Vex.

Terra

"A little," I said. I frowned when I saw that we were headed towards our house. "Why are we heading home?" I asked. "When are we going to just go to those wolves already?"

Vex

My eyes almost popped open. "Holy fuck!" I exclaimed. "Those two were the ones in the car that got me all wet the other day!" An evil grin spread on my face. "Please, please let me have the guy. I'm going to have so much fun with him."

[Whitney]

Cad

"Tomorrow. I have to search some more to where they actually live. But," I held up a finger. "They might be on us right now. So, we're one step ahead." I smile at her knowingly.

Sage

I threw my hands up. "Go for it, man. But we'll be going tomorrow. That meeting took longer than I thought." I look at my watch and it said five in the afternoon.

Terra

I let out a long, dramatic sigh. "Fine." When we pulled up, I noticed a figure outside of our door, and then groaned when I saw that it was Trixy. "Oh for the love of God. That bitch won't just give up."

Vex

"Oh, fine." I was hoping we'd do it today, since I was so excited to have my fun with the mer boy, but oh well. "Let's just go home, then. I'm starving."

[Whitney]

Cad

I wanted to let out a scream right then and there. A full out dramatic blood-curdling scream. I got out of the car before I even turned it off. I stomp up the steps to our porch and look Trixy in the eye. "What the fuck, Trixy?" That's when she threw herself at me, latching on like a leech. "No! I'm done with you, you bitch!" I yell in her face. "No, Caddy! Please!" Her whines almost made me throw up. "Go home, now. Before I call the cops and file a restraining order." That made her shut up and walk down our driveway. I sigh and go inside the house, looking for something alcoholic.

Sage

I nod and hop in my car, turning the heat slightly. It was chilly out today, and my human skin gets cold easily nowadays. I might be getting sick.

((Why'd you get off MSN? ._.))

Terra

I was quietly dying with laughter as Cad walked inside. And then I start laughing for real, clutching my stomach. "Oh my God. I'm kinda sad that you guys broke up. Less entertainment for me."

Vex

When we got back to his house, I cooked noodles for us and we watched some old 80s action movies together 'til almost midnight.

Cad

I defintitely wanted to strangle my sister right then, as I whirl around on her. "Then why don't you date her? She was a bitch to everyone around us." I struggle to calm myself as my voice rose an octave.

Sage

As I eat my noodles, shoveling them in my mouth like they were going out of style, I look beside me at Vex. "What do you think the guys' kids are like? Think they'll put up a fight?"

((OMG. MSN RIGHT NOW. IT'S URGENT.))

Terra

I held my palms in surrender. "Keep your pants on, Cadmus. I'm just teasing. I'm gonna go ahead and head to bed, k?" I patted his shoulder and walked towards my room, exhausted out of my mind.

Vex

"Well, I know the guy is an ass." I chuckled, slurping my noodles. "But the girl... I don't know. I didn't really pay attention to her that day. She was just in the passenger seat laughing quietly."

[Whitney]

Cad

I nod without saying anything, my head was hurting too much and my eyes felt like they could explode. I hurried to my bed, stripping my shirt in the process, and plopped down on my bed.

Sage

I huff and settle down deeper into my chair. "I was told to dispatch them, but I wasn't told to kill them. But if they become too much of a problem, I'll kill them." I look at Vex, a smile on my face. "Hard."

Terra

I threw myself into bed and tried to sleep, all the while wondering if Cad and I would still be alive tomorrow. Just how much of a threat were these so called Magic Werewolves?

Vex

"Just leave the guy to me, okay? I'm gonna have so much fun killing him." I giggled and finished up my noodles, taking the empty bowl to the dishwasher. "I'm gonna head to bed, okay?" I waved at Sage and walked to my room, falling asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow.

Cad

The next day, I felt so wired up, I could hardly wait to get out on the road. Getting out of the shower, I brush my teeth and run my fingers through my damp hair. I put on a white tee and black jeans with my favorite pair of brown combat boots. I knock on my sister's door and poke my head inside. "Wake up, big day today."

Sage

I wake up feeling like a wrecking ball had swung back and forth with me in the middle, hitting me each time. "Ugh," I groan loudly, rolling out of bed lazily. I immediately go to the bathroom and take a hot shower.

Terra

"Mmm..." I mumbled in reply as I struggled to untangle myself from the sheets. Then I showered and dressed in a simple t-shirt, jean shorts and leather boots. I met Cad outside and reached up to ruffle up his hair. "Let's go."

Vex

I'd already showered and dressed when Sage woke up. I always liked waking up early for some reason. I was excited for today. Were we finally going to seek out those kids?

((*clears throat*))

Cad

I smooth down my hair with a grunt, and slide into the driver's seat of my car. Starting it with a flick of my wrist, I look over at my sister. "You okay?"

Sage

Getting out of the shower, I dried off and put on fresh clothes. A black long-sleeved shirt, and a pair of faded jeans with a pair of black boots. I go into the living room to find Vex practically bouncing up and down.

Terra

I gave him a confused look. "Yeah, why?" To tell you the truth, I was actually pretty frightened. I didn't know what these wolves were capable of, how strong they were. I'd never even seen any supernatural creatures other than mer people.

Vex

"Come onnn," I whined when he walked over to me. "When can we go? I'm so excited I can barely even contain it." I grinned and giggled, imagining the merboy's face as I give him all kinds of torture.

[Whitney]

Cad

"I always know when you're scared, Tee." I give her a drool look, as I pull my eyes back to the road. "It'll be okay though, I got your back." I smile in her direction, clasping her hand firmly as I drove.

Sage

I laugh at her giddiness, as I walk out of my house and to my car with her in tow. "Oh, this should be fun. But remember, we can't kill them. Just...play with them." I wink at her knowingly.

Terra

I sighed. Why did I even bother hiding it? Of course he'd know. He's the only person who could read me like an open book. I squeezed his hand and looked out the window, feeling as if the scenery outside became...darker, the closer we got to where the wolf pack was.

Vex

"Remember," I said as I plopped down on the passenger's seat. "Leave the guy to me, capiche?" I wondered if he'd have a problem killing a girl. The mermaid girl was kind of pretty, and had that innocent look in her eyes in the photo.

[Whitney]

Cad

I drove until we came up on a house that branched off that was the only house on the street. Or dirt road. Whatever it was. I saw two figures smiling at one another and almost inside their car. But one, a guy, stops and looks right at me, his smile fading.

Sage

"Oh, this is just too good." I say to Vex, but still looking at the car driving up in our driveway. I watch the guy closely, as he stopped the car and got out. He was just a few inches shorter than me, but he had muscle on him to make up for it. I might have to help Vex if he gets too brutal. I look at the girl, taking in her almost petite form. She was beautiful, yes, but I knew what she was, and I'm pretty sure she knew what I was, or they wouldn't be here.

Terra

I stayed close to Cad as we got out of the car and approached the two wolves. The girl looked like the one who yelled at Cad, while the man, I'd never seen before. But he towered over all of us, and had an evil glint in his eyes that made me shudder. He was both beautiful and horrifying at the same time.

Vex

I gave the mer boy a devilish grin. "So we meet again, clothes ruiner. You still owe me three hundred bucks, by the way." Up close, he was definitely sexier than I thought, but I pushed that aside. He was our target, after all.

[Whitney]

Cad

I walk slowly around to the front of my car, my eyes locked on the guy, and lean against the hood. I want to try for casualness first, then if things get too nasty, that's when shit will go down. I look to the girl I had splashed, and what almost transfixed at how beautiful she was, but thought better of it. The guy smiles and was the first to speak.

Sage

I watch the guy's movements intently, taking in how carelessly he moved, and smile in spite of myself. "How can I help you, friend?" I almost laugh out loud at the that, but keep my cool as I look at the sister of the guy. She was definitely beautiful with her maroon colored hair and large green-grey eyes. A strange color, indeed.

Terra

I tried to push away my fear, but it was impossible. The way the guy was looking at me, like I was...prey... It made me want to take cover behind Cad, as if the wolf was about to shoot fireballs at me with those piercing eyes of his.

Vex

I giggled to myself when I looked at the girl. I could smell her fear, and it was as clear as day in her eyes. Sage did look pretty intimidating, at least for people outside of our species. To me, he was about as intimidating as a hamster. I caught the guy's eye and then glared at him when he didn't say anything. "Well? What do you two want?"

[Whitney]

Cad

I glanced at the girl, my eyes narrowing a bit at her tone. "We're kind of lost," I said with an innocent tone, my hands digging into my pockets and my thumbs looping through the belt loops of my jeans casually. "And, this was the closest place since I saw you two out and about." I tried for a smile, a bright one at that.

Sage

As the guy talked--which, I didn't really pay much attention too--I kept my eyes on the girl, starting to feel my eyes glow a bright orange. It must have frightened her a little bit, because she moved a few inches behind her brother. It made me smile wide, showing all of my teeth in a feral way.

Terra

I didn't want to do it, but I did. I hid behind Cad. That wolf man practically made my usual bravery non-existent. "C..." I whispered shakily. "We can't do this..."

Vex

"Lost, huh?" I asked, raising my eyebrows at him. "Where were you two headed? This area's pretty dangerous, as you've probably heard." I grinned at him mischievously, for a moment showing my canines.

[Whitney]

Cad

I take my sister's hand behind me as she hid half of her body, rubbing my thumb over her knuckles reassuringly. "We were headed for a good place place to--" But I was cut off, because the werewolf guy had me by the throat in seconds. It was almost as if he teleported to me. I struggled for breath, clutching and pulling at the guy's forearm, but he didn't budge. A shooting pain went up my spine as my back hit the car behind me, making a dent in the shape of my body in the hood.

Sage

I was tired of talking, tired of the tension building up. I knew Vex wanted the guy, but he was just...infuriating me that much more. I could smell it in his blood from a mile away that he was looking for something, and apparently he had found it. So, I had him by the throat, hoisting him up in the air for a split second before I slammed him down on the hood of his car. I felt my eyes growing darker orange, black lining the irises. I hear the girl scream and try to come at me. I glance beside me, as Vexia came and had the girl by the throat as well. "Really," I start, my voice taking in the change of my werewolf state, going guttural and deep. "dangerous."

Terra

I clawed at the girl's hand around my neck, but it was no use. Breathing was the most difficult thing to ever do. The girl lifted me in the air, and I flailed around, until I felt air rush toward me and my body was slammed onto the car. I caught the wolf man's piercing eyes one last time before everything went black.

Vex

I laughed, slapping my palms together as if to brush off dust from them. "That was too easy." I saw that the girl was now passed out, but the boy was still groaning and trying to get up.

[Whitney]

Cad

I suddenly felt pin pricks and needles in my throat and head, my vision suddenly blacking out. After a few moments of struggling, I gave into the darkness that swallowed me whole. The last thing I saw before I passed out what the wolf girl's blue-grey eyes and her wicked smile.

Sage

The guy finally gave way and slumped in my arms, as I picked him up and threw him over my shoulder. "That was too easy. I'm worried that they're going to self-destruct now." I grin at Vex, as she carried the girl into the house beside me.

Vex

We put their limp bodies on the couch, and then I grinned at Sage. "Remember our deal?" I said, tilting my head towards the mer boy. "He's mine now, so if you'll excuse me." I brushed past Sage and picked up the boy's body, heading down the hall to my room.

Sage

I smirk as Vex picked up the boy without a problem. Which was weird to watch because he was almost my size in body build, but also funny because his mouth lolled open in a drooping way. As I stifled a laugh, I look down at the petite girl that I had laid on the couch. "What to do with you..." I wondered to myself quietly.

Vex

I plopped his body down on my bed and locked the door, then I went to my closet to get the new lingerie I got a few days before. I laid them down next to his body, and then started stripping him. The girly part of me fluttered at how sexy he was, and I instinctively ran my palm down his defined chest. As soon as I snapped out of it, I resumed stripping him down until he was only in his boxers. Then I clipped a lacy black bra on him while I slid a pair of panties on his head, as if a mask. I giggled to myself the whole time.

Cad

I could tell it hadn't been long since I was out, because the sun hadn't moved but an inch or so down below the trees when I opened my eyes, and looked out the windows. I felt very bare, as I looked around the room, noting that I was on a bed, and seeing the wolf girl at the foot of it. "What the hell is going on?" I asked her in a harsh tone.

Sage

I look at the mermaid for a moment, as I took in her sudden beauty that hit me all at once, making me lean back into my chair. Her features were soft yet sharp at the same time, as her body was laced with slight muscle--probably from swimming so much. She was a very attractive woman. Absentmindedly, I slowly reached out a hand, fearing that she might wake up, and ran my index finger across her full lips and down her neck. Silky smooth skin, she had.

My eyes slowly started to flutter open, and I immediately felt a sharp pain in my head that made me wince. My vision was blurry for a while until I finally saw a pair of eyes that looked familiar but...not. I'd seen those eyes before, but at the moment they didn't have the same evilness they'd had before. "What..." I started, my voice shaky and hoarse. "Where am I?"

Vex

I grinned at the boy, who was now tied up on my bed. He looked sexy and ridiculous at the same time, and it took all my might not to burst out laughing right then and there. "Oh nothing, sweetie." I got off the bed and then picked up his clothes, holding them up for him. "See these?" I opened the windows. Right outside my window was a river that flowed pretty fast. I threw his clothes out, and they splashed into the water and were taken by the current. I looked back at the boy and winked.

Cad

Seeing at what she was about to do, I tried to fling myself off the bed to catch my clothes, but I was tied to the bed's posts. "What the hell?" I look at my feet and hands, jerking helplessly at the bonds. "What are you doing?" I look down at my body, noticing that I had on a lacy bra and my boxers only. Oh God.

Sage

"Don't freak out, you might have a concussion." I stated sharply, as the girl awoke. She tried to lean up but winced and fell back against the couch's cushions. "You're in my house. And why, I wonder?" I lean forward, bracing my elbows on my thighs.

Terra

As I slowly started to remember the events of the day, I gasped in horror as I recognized him to be the wolf man. I had no idea what to do other than cower on that couch, because I was too far from the ocean right now. I was too weak to use my mer powers. I opened my mouth to say something, but I couldn't find my voice.

Vex

"Payback," I said, walking toward him and making my eyes appear as they do in my wolf form, white and glowing. Suddenly I was on top of him, my canines bared. "Now you tell me what the hell you're doing on these parts? People here aren't very fond of your kind." I spat the last two words.

[Whitney]

Cad

I raise an eyebrow, totally unaffected by her appearance. Suddenly, a wave of...something...came over me, making me want to put my hands all over her. The way she looked on top of me, feral and dangerous, sparking a nerve in me. I loved it. "I see that, but I'm just looking for the person or persons who killed my father." I narrowed my gaze on her.

Sage

I sighed softly, my eyes suddenly growing soft. I could tell this girl didn't want to be in this situation, and it made me feel bad for her. She looked so fragile and vulnerable. I lean back in my chair again, crossing my arms over my chest. "I'm not going to hurt you, unless you do something that I don't like." To emphasize my words, I let my eyes glow it's orange-y wolf color.

Terra

I scooted as far as I could from him, and then I looked around, my panic rising. "Where's my brother? What did you do to him?" Oh God, what if he already killed him?

Vex

"Aaaah, I see." I nodded slowly. "Interesting. Sorry, but you're gonna be staying here for a looong time." I grinned mischievously. "Besides, would you wanna go outside in this?" I poked at the bra on his chest. "And this?" I touched the panties on his head, taking a small moment to enjoy the softness of his hair.

Sage

I smiled to myself, thinking of the things that Vex was planning on doing to him. "He's...safe." I kept staring at the girl, taking in the way she moved away from me. It made me suddenly excited to see her reaction.

Cad

I hadn't even noticed the underwear over my head, and it made me blush furiously. I relaxed against my restraints though, because I really didn't want to go out like this. I sighed and look up at her, wondering what she was going to do next. Might at well take it.

Vex

"Wait here," I said, though I didn't know why I said it. He was tied. I walked out of my room and to the living room, where Sage and the mermaid was. "Sage, bring her over here." I looked at the girl. "Don't worry, your brother's safe. He's right over there." I tilted my head towards my room.

Terra

I nodded and walked alongside the wolf man, who I now knew that his name was Sage. I kept a safe distance from him, though, afraid he might try anything. We walked into the room, and when I saw my brother, I couldn't help but stifle a laugh. I knew I shouldn't have laughed, but... Not everyday you see your brother wearing a bra and panties on his head.

Sage

I lean against the doorway, almost mortified by what I see. The merman, tied up to the bed, with women's underwear over his head. This can't get any better. I let out a boom of a laugh, bending over to catch my breath. "Oh my, God, Vex. This is just pure gold."

Cad

I glare at the three of them, as they stood at the doorway, just looking at me and laughing. Even Tee is laughing. I send a look that said what the fuck are you doing? shut up! her way.

Terra

I covered my mouth with my palm and stifled the laugh as best as I could. I sent Cad a look that said I'm sorry, I can't help it!

Vex

I chuckled and plopped down on the foot of the bed. I looked at Sage. "This is the part where we ask them questions."

[Whitney]

Cad

I just gave up right then, relaxing as best as I could against the restraints from the bed posts. Good thing I could barely see now, for the panties over my head, or I could be embarrassed even more.

Sage

I nod stiffly, as I enter the room to sit down in one of the soft cushioned chairs in Vex's room. "Right, so. Why are you here, to start off with."

Terra

I glanced at Cad once before I spoke. "We're, um... We were hoping to find the people who killed our father."

[Whitney]

Sage

I raise an eyebrow at that, my eyes glancing toward Vex. Somehow I knew exactly who the girl was talking about, and it actually kind of stung. "What's the guy's name?" I ask stiffly.

Terra

"Mathias Maelstrom," I said, my eyes locked onto Sage, trying to see if my father's name might show any sign of... I wasn't sure. I was just hoping maybe he knew something, maybe even help us find his murderers? Would it even be possible for the four of us to team up?

[Whitney]

Sage

I let my whole body freeze up, my hands tightening into fists and they clasped together in front of me. I didn't show how the name reacted to me though, that would give me away right then. I looked up the girl and shake my head instead. "The name sounds familiar, but it doesn't ring any bells." I look towards Vexia, her eyes wide with knowing.

Terra

I narrowed my eyes at him. Something told me he knew more than he let on. "You sure? Maybe... Maybe you could help us?" I practically felt Cad's eyes widen at the suggestion. I had to at least try. We would go nowhere without their help, I was sure of it.

Vex

My own eyes widened as well. The girl was braver than I thought. I guess I wouldn't have a problem helping them just for kicks, I mean, we could always just give them false information or something. Maybe we could even lead them somewhere deserted and leave them there. They had no idea that their father's killer was right here in this very room, anyways. I wasn't sure I wanted to kill them anymore, and I didn't know why I suddenly had a soft spot, especially for the mer boy.

[Whitney]

Cad

I couldn't believe she actually asked that. The surprise making me almost cry out, but I knew how bad Terra wanted to find our father's killer. So did I, but with the people who almost killed us? I didn't like it. At all.

Sage

I didn't want to, not at all. But the look in Vexia's eyes actually made me consider it. She looked...okay with it. Which was weird because she was looking at the merman with softness in her eyes. Huh. But as I look towards the mermaid again, I let my eyes linger on hers. "I'll think about it." I gestured to Vexia. "But we have to talk."

Terra

"Thanks," I said, giving Sage a faint smile before I sat on the bed next to Cad. I glanced toward at the wolf girl, who's name I still didn't know. "Umm, can my brother be untied?"

Vex

"Fraid not, sweetie," I said, grinning mischievously at her brother. "He might try something. Maybe later." I turned my attention to Sage as he led me out of the room and closed the door behind him. "What're we gonna do with 'em?" I asked him in a low voice once we were outside in the hall.

[Whitney]

Cad

I didn't even try to express the fact that I was getting madder and madder by the second. I'm sure my sister could feel it too, because I was starting to sweat from the anger inside me. "Well, this turned out just great, did it?" I let my rage seethe out in my voice.

Sage

"I don't know. Should we help them? I mean, it's not going to get them far, I can tell you that much." I let a smirk slide on my face, but soon it died down, being replaced by a firm frown. "What do you think?"

Terra

I sighed. "Look, I'm sorry, but we need their help. Face it, Cad, if we try to keep going without them, we'll end up nowhere. You know that." I reached over and removed the panties on his head, making his hair stick up everywhere. "They might be considering it right now, who knows?"

Vex

I leaned against the wall, my arms crossed. "I really have no idea. What the hell is there to help them with? The killer is right in front of their eyes," I said with a chuckle. "We could either just let them go or give them false information, maybe lead them somewhere far away from here, to some other wolf pack?" I was just throwing out ideas by now. My eyes softened at him the next time I spoke. "I don't know what it is, Sage, but... I don't really feel like killing them anymore, to be completely honest. I just don't think it'd be that fun anymore."
