Laura Alaniz One series that hasn't been listed here is by Libba Bray, The Gemma Doyle Trilogy. This set that starts with A Great And Terrible Beauty, is by far, my favorite. Libba Bray is a wonderful writer and these books had me hooked like no other from the start. The ending of the 3rd book, The Sweet Far Thing, is realistic even in the alternate realms Libba Bray has creatd for her characters. I was heart-broken and it made me respect her more for it. My 2nd choice of series that surpasses them all is the Mortal Instruments by Cassandra Clare. I have read The Forbidden Game by L.J. Smith, 4 stars maybe. Night World Series by L.J. Smith, 9 stories in 3 books, some I liked a lot, some left me anxious to get it over with just to be done. Twilight Series I read in about 8 days. Couldn't put them down, but they were a very easy read. Loved the Host by Stephanie Meyer also. The House Of Night series I really got into in the beginning, but now I can't seam to drag myself through them. I have the entire Vampire Chronicles collection by Anne Rice but haven't read them all. They are more adult and very detailed, from the color and feel of the brick roads to the sexual escapades of her famous vampires, but all in all they tell a timeless story of some of the greatest vampires I have ever read. I have read the whole 20 book series of Anita Blake by Laurell K. Hamilton and pretty much loved them except for soooooooo much sex. Again, another adult series for anyone looking for the "vampire" and supernatural thrill. One other adult vampire series I really liked was J.R. Ward's Black Dagger Brotherhood. Very racy, but action packed and wonderful love stories of all the Brothers and there soul mates. All of these I would recommend to a reader looking for a good romance story for young adults. I am now getting into fallen angels series and keep searching them out. Hush Hush and Fallen Series were both great. Can't wait for the next in both.

Jamielyn Try to read The Iron Fey series by Julie Kagawa.

I swear that I became addicted to it but we may have different preferences so that's just a suggestion. :)

Shellie Isaac The Nightworld Series, Morganville Vampires series, and I just read Born at Midnight, that is a Shadow Falls novel. That book was amazing. I cant wait to read the second book!

YES, that's my opinion. Try reading the reviews they're mostly positive. :)

Jamielyn I also recommend Vampire Academy (Vampire Academy, #1) by Richelle Mead . It's a great series! :)

Alpha The Hunger Games Trilogy is up there and so are the Mortal Instruments Series. I also want to suggest Divergent. It's such a hit in such a short amount of time.
