Best show on television in the history of television sitcoms... not kidding. It was cancelled waaaaaay long before it should've been.

It was just a nice little surprise to see it pop up on my FB newsfeed - a fun photo of Sam from Freaks and Geeks. It is my all-time favorite t.v. series. I've been smiling about it since I saw it. :)

Heidi (heidihooo) | 10825 comments Just for you, Phil... you should check it out - there was only 1 season of it and you can go through the entire disc set pretty quickly (18 episodes @ less than 60 minutes an episode).

Freaks and Geeks on IMDB

Also, Vanity Fair did a recent feature on Freaks and Geeks:

VF's 2 Good 2 Be 4Gotten: An Oral History of Freaks and Geeks

So stupid.

Cynthia Paschen | 7333 comments You know it will be a great day when you have a cup of coffee and the voices in your head are saying words like calm, clarity, mindfulness, de-clutter, organize, power, fierce.

I'm on it like white on rice.

Susan | 6406 comments That does sound like the start of a great day!

Susan | 6406 comments You know it is going to be a good day when your boy dog's paw has stopped bleeding from his nail getting clipped. Poor pup.

message 215: by Cynthia (new)

Cynthia Paschen | 7333 comments Aww. I hate it when that happens, Susan. I remember my old crack-house dog Lucy had to wear a sock for a few hours, her poor old nails kept bleeding.

Honest to crap Phwinnie, I heart you so. Those were my very words! Caps and all.

It super sucks. I was a litte nerved up over it last night. We did some fierce cuddle love on the couch. He did not like the sock I put on his paw.

You must be a good friend, too.

Scout (goodreadscomscout) | 3594 comments Thanks for that. Friendship is something I take seriously.

It certainly can, although when a friendship is very deep rooted, it can withstand long periods of dormancy.

John Francis Daley - Sam Weir on Freaks & Geeks
(see Heiderson's post #216)

= Dr. Lance Sweets on Bones.

Took me a while to place his 14-ish year old self. I knew I knew him from something! But, as the shows were 8 years apart, he grew up a little.
