just finished first 8 books of House of Night, started book 9, but I want to change genre - sick of paranormal or vampires .... Monument 14 series by Laybourne sounds interesting...
So far this month I've read:
. Good but not amazing. The main character annoyed be and the whole thing felt like deja-vu.
To be honest, for the first 200 pages I wasn't sure I was liking it but the end moved so much that I ended up loving it.
It's been a while since I've loved a book this much. And the last 100 pages were just incredible.
Quite good.
Quite good but a little too Sophie Kinsela ish for me. I prefer Sarra's first two adult books, Unsticky and You don't have to say you love me.
Reread. I liked it better than the first one.
Reread. I also liked it a lot more than when I read it the first time.
That was a joke right? This is not the real book. This is not the ''big finale'' of this pretty great series. Honestly, I don't remember when the last book of a series dissapointed me so much. And not only did it dissapoint me but it also made me quite ''angry'' and to be honest, I feel a little cheated by the author for so many reasons (thay you find in my review, but review is not the right word...I guess rant is the right word.
Good but very forgettable. Also the main character sounded a lot younger than she was supposed to be.I'm now reading
and I was scared that nothing exciting could happen after the first two books but I think the first 30 pages of the books are the most exciting and intense first pages of a book I've ever read.
I have taken paper towns back to the library. I might try it later.i am now starting the distance between us and then I will read legend
