Yes, I definitely thought it was boring. Maybe if it was a couple hundred pages shorter it would have been better. I had the same problem with Since You've Been Gone.

I've read both The Unexpected Everything and Since You've Been Gone and I loved them! Morgan Matson writes cute, summer contemporaries, so if you aren't up for that, then her novels aren't for you ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I don't have a problem with the genre, I just think that those books could have been shorter and the main character in Since You've Been Gone really annoyed me. I've read Amy and Roger's Epic Detour and really liked it though.

No you don't, I regret finishing it cause now I have to wait frustratingly and impatiently for the 3rd book next year!!!!
