I'm really struggling to read Beautiful Darkness. I bought the whole series BC series and now it's making me not even want to read. Anyone else have that problem?

Yeah I struggled through Beautiful Darkness and decided afterwards not to continue the series.

I struggled through both books because of how big they were. The ending of Beautiful Darkness kind of made me want to read the next one, but I haven't yet.

I love the idea, but it's like they drag it out. They could have knocked BC down about 200 pages and made it a quicker pace and it would have been great. I think I might just have to write these off for a while. I want to know what happens but it's making me not want to read at all so I think I'll try something else and come back to them.

I agree, I feel like they could've cut out a lot of unnecessary parts and made it go a lot faster.

Bloodlines gets a lot better as the series progresses. I can't wait for the last book to come out.

I did, I read Beautiful Creatures and loved it but I gave up on the 2nd one after 3 chapters

Just finished Beautiful Darkness, it took forever for me to get into it then it was back and forth for half the book. It got way better towards the end. I'm glad I decided to continue with the series. I'll start Beautiful Chaos soon.
