Storm Arashi (stormarashi) | 265 comments Ricky wrote: "@Storm: Nice! You liking those?"

I love them. I couldn't put down the first book until I needed a break from the intensity. I felt like I could fall right into that world and be perfectly at home...For awhile at least. Plus I'm kind of peculiar myself so I kind of resonate with the characters.

message 5163: by Carli (new)

Carli Rossi Did you read it on an e-reader or on paper?

message 5164: by Ricky (new)

Ricky (spider-fan) I know, right? Peculiar = awesome.

message 5165: by Storm (new)

Storm Arashi (stormarashi) | 265 comments Carli wrote: "Did you read it on an e-reader or on paper?"

Oh on paperback, I got Hollow City in hard cover too. With the photographs enclosed in the books, E-reader just wouldn't do it justice!

Ricky - Seriously! I just started it...Really wishing I hadn't read the free preview after the first book's ending. XD;

message 5166: by Ricky (new)

Ricky (spider-fan) The graphic novel version had a nice little preview of Hollow City as well, again in illustrated form. That was really cool, I thought.

I liked getting the extra little taste since I really wanted more right then and there but the only downside is, it's harder to get sucked back into the story because I already read the first chapter.

Carli Rossi @storm-arashi I thought so... It hasn't been published in my country and I wasn't sure to read ir in ePub version because of the photographs. I'll try Amazon, thanks!

message 5171: by Carli (new)

Carli Rossi BTW I'm reading Four: a Divergent story, and I just don't want it to finish. Do you guys know if Veronica Roth is going to publish anything else Divergent related?
I'm just not prepared to say goodbye to this series.

Peri @Carli, I know how you feel. I just finished Four, and I loved it, but when it ended, I thought, what now? It is always sad to let go of a series. Luckily, there's still the other movies!

I loved the infernal devices series! I think it was a great book to end the series so hopefully you'll have a fun read :)

I finished reading a fantasy book yesterday so I'm debating whether I should turn to YA or continue on the same path... After reading the shatter me series I'm a bit hesitant on picking up a new YA book. So any recommendations anyone?
