Zone broadcast RP

This is where they broadcast their TV channel, Zone. It tells everyone at the hideout, when to expect the next patrols, where to expect them, and so on. It keeps them entertained, and tells the people the latest news, weather and other things. The equipment is very poor, but the broadcast is OK, and it's really the only channel they have, apart from repeats of other shows.
