Annie (AnnieAnnieAnnie) | 807 comments Before, or between city of glass and city of fallen angels.

I liked the infernal devices waaaay better, so I would consider reading the first three of TMI first, so it isn't a bomber later..

Demitra | 8 comments Me too I read it a second time and am still drooling over Will

Noor Al lawati | 35 comments When I finished Book#1 I was going crazy to start the other and couldn't wait to buy it .. it didn't have the same action level as book 1 but it was just as AWESOME .. I knew that Will must have had a reason for his attitude and I almost cried for him (I get super attached to characters) .. and at the beginning when he's at the cemetery and makes that request from the ghost I was heart-broken .. It was an awesome story and the ending made me cry sooo bad .. especially when Will found out the truth and ran to her, yet she had the shocking news .. oh my God I was crying for one yet happy for Jem as he's amazing and deserves to live love ..
As much as I love Jem .. I'm crazy over Will ..

Wren Figueiro | 66 comments Have to agree with Annie. I read TMI first and thought they were great, but I loved TID. Don't think I would have liked TMI as much as I did if I read them second.

In CoHF, there's a TID reference! (view spoiler)

Suzzie (suzzietn) | 13 comments I actually read all the TMI first but now I am on Clockwork Prince and I am enjoying it. I don't think you can lose either way because these are such great stories! Now I can't wait for next fall for the The Dark Artifices

Demitra | 8 comments Yes I know me too

I read the first 5 TMI books, then while I was waiting for CoHF, I read TID. It helped clear a lot if things up, and it made CoHF make more sense.

This book... Oh my gosh, this book! When Will was talking to Tessa near the end, and she had to say no, I nearly cried. Then I read the inscription he had put in 'A Tale of Two Cities' for her, and I began bawling like a baby! I love books that make me get all emotional, so I gave this five big, fat stars! XD
"You are not the last dream of my soul. You are the first dream, the only dream I ever was unable to stop myself from dreaming." -Will's inscription to Tessa, Clockwork Prince by Cassandra Clare.

Blair | 26 comments my. heart. is. shattered. im so emotional idk what to do. what to say. ahhh! this book was like sweet torture! and I can't wait to start the last one. how the heck is she going to resolve all this!

Maggie the Muskoka Library Mouse (mcurry1990) A very good read. I had trouble putting it down. Tessa is such a great character!
