My name is Isabella, I love reading. For me its a good way to escape, and i love 'living' in a different world for awhile.
Some of my favorite authors are Uncle Rick, Veronica Roth, Carol Goodman, Krestly Cole......( hopefully this list never ends)....
Favorite books, oh gosh it grows everyday. The Divergent series (even with all the deaths), Obsidian, Thirteen Days to Midnight, The Arcana Chronicles, Percy Jackson and the Olympians series, The Maze Runner, Throne of glass...
Also I'm new and look forward to reading so many books out of my comfort zone and maybe someday writing a book review blog!

I'm Gwen and I LOVE YA!! My dad keeps asking, 'are you ever going to grow out of that?' to which I reply 'when are you going to go into it?' haha!
Anyway, some of my favorite YA books are Unwind, The Scorpio Races, The Book Thief, Six of Crows, Ship Breaker, and so many more....I'm so lucky to say that my own YA is coming out next year and I'm exciting for the years to come!

Hey Nicole, I'm from Roanoke too! From there, but no longer living there. My parents are still there though so I'm in the city pretty often. It's not everyday you see someone from Roanoke, haha.

My name's Rave, I am severely terrified of balloons and I have a book hoarding/book buying problem. LOL. (Who doesn't). Apparently, I also like second voices, the ones enclosed with parentheses. :)
I have too many favorite books to mention! I am still obsessed and hung up on Jennifer Niven's All The Bright Places, since I read it this January. My favorite genre is YA GenFic because I can easily relate or apply it to my everyday life. :)
I keep a book blog (which I just revamped), www.raveintotheabyss.wordpress.com
And a bookstagram: @reeyuhbeegale
I hope to make everyone's acquaintance! :) Have a great week ahead!

I am well to sum it I am Cr Cr! I absolutely Looooooove reading Dahhh! any way feel free to try to talk to me or make me your friend!

Lol, I would have to agree! I am a transplant from St. Louis, we have been here for 3 1/2 years and I love it, its so cute and quaint, always some fun festival including burger, bacon and wing fests HaHa its a smaller town than what I am used to and sooo many people here are outdoorsy that it can be intimidating sometimes. I work for Roanoke County Libraries so any time you are in town you should stop by, especially since you are a local author, it would be fun to get you involved with some of the stuff we do!!

I have loved reading since I was little and my love for it has only grown and continues to today. I am working on a start up book reviewing network through many media platforms, which I'm still trying to get in the knack of haha! My blog is at lovebookbook@blogspot.com so y'all can check it out if that sort of thing intrigues you. Umm I've been on goodreads since 2012, but I know almost nothing of the forums and other cool features i'm just finding out about now. XD
My some of my favorite books are Camilla by Madeleine L'Engle, Eleanor and Park by Rainbow Rowell, Airborn by Kenneth Oppel, Across the Universe by Beth Revis, and, Love Letters to the Dead by Ava Dellaira. I could go on, but I won't haha!! I don't really have selected favorite authors but I do love Jenny Han's work.
So yeah that's all!
-Nora

I'm Rave; I'm secretly terrified of balloons and I'm a book hoarder!
I do read Humanities Fiction from time to time, but YA is my turf! :) Favorite book, I have too many! But I've been hung up on All The Bright Places since this January. Authors, Kierra Cass, Marie Lu, Stephanie Perkins, Jennifer Niven, Jandy Nelson, & Carly Syms.
Hope to make everyone's acquaintance! :)

Have you heard of The Giver series? I thought it was good. (:

That is fantastic! That is such a win! Well done.

I'm T.L. Jones; I'm an author and love YA novels and having finished Harry Potter want to know other YA lovers are reading.

I read out loud to my kids almost every night. We've consumed hundreds of books together--from The Little House on the Prairie books to The Lord of the Rings series.
Some of my favourite books are Ender's Game, Divergent, and The Giver. I'm currently reading The Book Thief.
Young adult is by far my favourite genre, and reading all those YA novels just naturally led to writing them.
My novel One Act of Defiance has won some awards, and I'm currently looking for an agent. It's an awesome and terrifying journey! My novel is about a young midwife of the future who risks her life on a quest for freedom.
My website is rachelmalcolmbooks.com if you feel like checking it out.
Cheers!

I'm Luciana. I'm totally guilty of prejudice because I'm a fan of Rick Riordan and in my opinion Nobody beats him. I just love how his characters grew up with his readers. It's like being friends with each of them. I love it.
I came back because I forgot to mention I'm a writer and I wouldn't like you thought I was hiding it. It's simply because Im not joining the group as a writer. I'm a reader since I was seven. Becoming a writer was a consequence. I do believe some writers will come out of this group. =)

Thanks to readers for their support

My favourite book series in YA is probably House of Night, but I read anything paranormal, and I'm addicted to adult thrillers as well, and manga.
(And by as long as I can remember, I mean I used to fall asleep in bed while reading so Mum'd have to come in and lift the book off my face afterwards.)
