This is my first time being part of a group like this, and I'm very excited about getting involved, book recommendations and just sharing a general love for books and YA :)

My favorite authors are JK Rowling, Sarah J Maas, Becca Fitzpatrick, Julie Kagawa. (There's so many more)
I'm super new to these kinds of groups and I can't wait to get some good recommendations and share what books I love to read!

My name is Melissabut my friends call me Mel. I read just about all genres of books but YA is my favorite. I look forward to the group and meeting new book lovers :-)

Maria V Snyder is one of my favorite YA authors; I've read most of the Study series and I love Inside Out (and its sequel). I am also a big fan of Scott Westerfeld and look forward to any excuse to reread the Uglies series, which is fun no matter how many times you read it.
Looking forward to having a group to discuss YA books with and finding new books to read.

The last book I read was "Ready Player One" and really dug the 80's references.

What book dd you write, Charles? I'd really like to read it! (And I remember the 80s all too well--Joe Jackson, Elvis Costello, the Cure, and Squeeze were my favorite bands/artists.) I want to check Ready Player One now!

The only criticism I have about "Ready Player One" is that the author loves the band Rush. I don't really. LOL

The only criticism I have about "Re..."
I will definitely check it out! :)
Ha ha. Rush isn't one of my favorite bands, either. ;)

I would love to have friends to exchange book recommendations with, so feel free to add me. :)

Some of my favorite authors are JKR, Sarah J Maas, Cassandra Clare, and Marissa Meyer!

Hi, my names Trinity. I'm only 14 but I LOVE to read. My favorite type of books are paranormal, YA and fantasy. Graceling by Kristin Cashore is my all time favorite followed by Revolution by Jennifer Donnelly. I don't have a favorite author but I've read a lot of books by Jennifer E. Smith, James Patterson, Katie Alender, and John Green (I especially liked Paper Towns).

Any suggestions for new reads are super appreciated and I look forward to talking with all of you!
Nice to meet you Sharon, Hemdiva, Brittany, and Vikki :D

I just joined GR so I could use some friends.

Feel free to add me; it would be great to discuss and read books along with you guys!
