Hello, my name is Ash. I like a lot of books, but I've always been obsessed with Harry Potter, so that series is definitely my #1 favorite. The Mortal Instruments and The Lunar Chronicles are 2nd and 3rd.

Hiya! I'm Brekke.I *love* me some YA and am so glad to find a community of others who aren't afraid to show their YA love. I work with college kids and find that the wonderful questions of identity and becoming in YA have so much meaning and poignancy.
I grew up on Harry Potter (LOVE it!) and two of my favorite authors of all time are Robin McKinley (The Blue Sword, anyone?) and Garth Nix (Sabriel!). Am working through the empire that is the Shadowhunter serieses (finishing Infernal Devices trilogy this week). Looking forward to discovering new and wonderful authors through this community (and then to squee about them together!)

I self published my first ebook a few days ago on amazon and my mom said. "Hey, why don't you get active on social media and start interacting with readers and writers who share the same interests as you? I like to read a lot of young adults because they are can both be light and easy to read while at the same time talking about a serious issue. I'm looking forward to participate in this bookclub to get some recommendations on books to read!
