Yeah, Fangirl and Eleanor & Park were both good books. Yeah, I'll probably read The Fault in Our Stars soon also. I haven't been totally up to date with YA books so I didn't here about the John Green books even though he's so popular.

Hello everyone, I'm Jules (short for julie), Jules is my middle name BTW. Addicted to YA is exactly what I am. YA Romance is the best. And I'm happy I joined this group.
YA IS THE WAY! ^.^
YA IS THE WAY! ^.^

My name is Natasja Storm and I am from the Netherlands. Here I have founded and created the website young-adults.nl and it has become one of the biggest websites for Young Adult (and New Adult) books in The Netherlands and Belgium.
At this moment I am setting up the first publish house that will only publish young adult and new adult books from Dutch writers, because at this moment, most of the New York Times bestsellers are translated in Dutch and therefore the Dutch writers have hardly any change of being published. Of course the English bestsellers are great, I don't deny that (my favorite is The Hunger Games), however I find this also a shame because there is a lot of Dutch talent, and now big publish houses only choose for translating bestsellers and don't writers a chance.
So I got a request to all you who reads this (I hope you don't mind requesting this), could you please vote for me in a contest I am participating? It is just one click and nothing more. But I can win a starting seed for my publish house.
I will be publishing young adult and new adult books in Dutch, BUT they will also be translated in English, so I won't sell the translate rights, but will go international at the same time.
It will be highly appreciated!
you can vote here
On the right side in the orange rectangle press "STEM" that is all. "Stem" means Vote :)
Kind regards, Natasja

Hey Charlotte, I love your choices. I am still working through the VA series by Richelle, but so far, so good. as for TID, I think that is superb (better then TMI in my view, but I won't split hairs)!

I hate the 'favorite book' question because trying to pick a favorite book is impossible for me because I tend to read just about every genre and age level of books and so it way too specific.

@Kaylani, Yeah I agree. It's hard to pick a favourite book, there's just so many different books out there that all mean something to you. And the same thing goes for genre, there are good books in all genres.

I really enjoyed Game of Thrones - a great, grown up fantasy that is deservedly a TV hit. Hope you like the other books...and I haven't got anywhere near TFIOS yet...!

Oh yeah! I loved the Fallen series, I read it about two years ago. Fallen Angel books are usually pretty good.
