I have a lot of favorite books including: the fault in our stars, house of night series, Harry potter series, papertowns, will grayson will Grayson, and plenty other more. I think my favorite author would have to be John green. He's never failed to keep me excited to read his books and on my toes throughout the whole novel.

My love of reading started with the Harry Potter series when I was younger and I just find no better comfort than in a book. I also loved the Hunger Games trilogy, Twilight saga, the first two of the Divergent series, every Sarah Dessen book and I recently just finished the first two of The Testing series. I can't wait to share books and opinions with others who love this genre as much as I do!

Favorite book... How are you just suppose to pick one lolol. But from the same author but different series would be clockwork princess because I have never read such a wonderful ending. I've already picked out some personal favorites of mine: Harry Potter, Percy Jackson, Ella Enchanted, some John Green, and the first Eragon book. I'm trying to shy away from heavier material (like Speak, Perks of Being a Wallflower, etc., even though they're amazing) because I'm gifting as an aunt and don't want to cross any lines. At the moment my favourite genres are: fantasy and dystopian. I still enjoy the Harry Potter series even though I've read the whole series 5 times. John Green's books are one of my favourites because he shows the bright side of sad things and I like that.

Melissa | 4 comments Hi everyone! I'm Melissa and, like Bonnie, I'm older than 16 (I'm 27... ancient haha) but I LOVE YA books. I worked in libraries for many years, and I just love reading.

My favorite series within the last year was definitely the Divergent series, although I, like Bonnie, hated the Allegiant ending. I had to give it an alternative ending in my mind just to cope! I also loved the Hunger Games and Ally Condie's Matched series.

I'm looking forward to reading Lauren Oliver's Delirium series next. Any suggestions from there would be great! Looking forward to discussing books with you all :)

I am on the Iron queen book and then i will start with the Iron Knight and then The Iron Traitor. I don't really have a favorite book except for the Hobbit and the Lord of the Rings.
