Hello, I'm Salome. I'm new to all this. I just recently discovered reading to be my escape from my crazy life (full-time job and raising two kids). I started off with the Harry Potter And Percy Jackson series and just recently have been introduced to Cassandra Clare, Veronica Roth, Julie Kagawa, and Suzanne Collins. While i may feel a little ailly reading YA in my 30s, I am hooked like its a drug! I particularly enjoy dystopian universe books.

I'm Sayerah and I have always loved reading. For me it wasn't like most people here, who read a book that made them fall in love with reading. My love for reading was there when I was born. I think it has come to me from my grandfather because no one else in my family is a particularly avid reader.

Hi, I think I forgot to introduce myself. I'm a new YA author, and I love just about every book I ever read. Except the bad ones. Oh well, enough said about those... I have a new book out. It's getting rave reviews somewhere around here. And I'm giving away some copies of it somewhere. I have a new blog, but I'm more a writer than a blogger. I'm working on my second book, which is fairly radically different from my first book. Interests include, but aren't limited to: reading, writing, cooking, eating, Dressage horses, jumpers, all horses, silly dogs, water dogs, goofy cats, kittens, birds (especially white cockatoos), whales dolphins and, well, saving the world. There's more, but this is getting too long. You guys have great and lively discussions!
