Hi, I'm Iceis. I've always had a passion for reading since I was a child, but during the pandemic that passion fizzled out for some reason, so, during 2023 I hope to reignite this passion of mine. My favorite book genre's are mystery, fantasy, crime, and the occasional romance. I don't have a favorite author, but one of my favorite series is the Graceling series by Kristin Cashore, I also have recently started the The Mortal Instruments series by Cassandra Clare, which you definitely think is going to end up being one of my favorite series. Overall, any fantasy book with a touch of a romance plot definitely ranks high on my list.

Can I just say that I was insanely excited when I saw this group! I absolutely love YA books and New Adult books with YA Paranormal Romance being my most favorite. I'm also a huge fan of fantasy but really struggle to find books in that genre that I enjoy. My favorite author has to be L.J. Smith. Her "time" was quite some time ago, but I devoured every single one of her books and was totally addicted to her throughout my high school years. Hi Becky! I fell out of reading with my first daughter. I fell into post-partum depression. And then one day I decided that I needed to do something for me. So I started reading again. I don't want to say that "reading" saved me from depression, but it was a huge factor in helping me to survive those long, sleepless nights. I'm totally going to add you as a friend!
